Today I'm delighted that one of my very special colleagues is leaving our team ✔️

➡️Not because she will for sure find a better cohort, way better-paid job and achieve a lot more in the years to come, inshaalloh, but because God let me work with her for this long.

✔️Her dedication, the most interactive ESL approaches and, of course, smiley face with loyal attitudes are unmatched.

💯I would love my future daughter(s) to grow up into someone much like her. Thank you for all you've done for me; your emotional, and food, support has been very valuable.

‼️There are groups, literally groups, of people I should give credit for this achievement:

➡️ My family. My mom has been the most patient and merciful person to me, so her contribution is undeniable. Her reaction was awesome: first couple of minutes 'that's perfect, keep it up'; five minutes later 'so it also means you can iron your clothes on your own now'.

➡️My friends. Their support, kind words and motivation were the things that drove me energetic and unstoppable at times of mental tiredness. They do deserve to be credited with such appreciation.

➡️My teachers. Nigora opa, the first ever English teacher, Mr.Abdulboriy, Ozodbek Botiraliyev, Gulomjon Yuldoshev, Muhammadali, Dilshodbek Ravshanov, Jorabek Sanokulov - these are the bright mind who helped me to stand successful today.

➡️Colleagues and channel subs. They, especially Miss Nilufar, never doubted my skills and have been supportive of me.


⚡️BREAKDOWN:

➡️ Writing 8.5

💎 Task 1 - 313 words. Sounds a lot, but the breakdown will show how good it was to another examiner. I used a new approach in the intro. Checked and polished, though not meticulously. At least 7.5 (7/8/8/8), because my full potential was unleashed.

💎 Task 2 - 453 words. A very readable essay, with tons of great lexis all across paragraphs. 4 bodies (adv/dis, opinion with counter arguments). At least 8.5, which it already scored.


💡Takeaway:

✔️You can't stop halfway only because you failed (I got 2x8.0 overall last year, so I did have setbacks, too)
✔️You have to work on your flaws. Suppress your arrogance; it does not help anyway.
✔️Daily practice is a must!
✔️Do learn new moves, approaches, techniques, vocab, and grammar structures!
✔️Work with niners. They've got what you need, and they've done it through diligence, too. So, their guidance would be relevant and valuable!
✔️Go for an EoR if you are confident in your performance!
