🇮🇪 Spannende, teils umwälzende Zeiten erlebt gegenwärtig auch Irland. Zu den besonders bemerkenswerten Akteuren dort zählt Yan Mac Oireachtaigh, Kopf der Jugendorganisation der National Party.
🇮🇪 Er sagt: "Wir wollen die Flamme des Nationalismus aufrechterhalten; eine Flamme, die seit Jahrtausenden in den Herzen der Gael lebt. Wir werden nicht zulassen, dass sie zu unseren Lebzeiten erlischt. Als Hüter der Nation ist es unsere Aufgabe, sie zu bewahren und die Fackel an künftige Generationen weiterzugeben."

Gym Routine Change:
Recently, I have been utilising cold showers for a quicker recovery.
I have noticed that the cold shower in particular helps me post leg day workouts!
Elminates all excess liquid build up in the legs. (Aslong as you keep drinking to flush it out)
Some days after 3 gym sessions in a row I was unable to do a 4th day because my body was in too much pain/stiff.
To work through this problem I have been taking a cold shower no longer than 5 mins following a 2nd and 3rd workout cycle.
Following this my body is ready to go the next day not a bother, no pains or aches. I had a joint injury in my shoulder the last few weeks and I find the cold shower helped with this recovery also as im back as of 2 days ago doing intense shoulder workouts.
I've made it mandatory to eat atleast 3 fruit for vitamins and a sizeable portion of food with my lunch post workout.
I neglected fruit a while ago and I paid the price with getting regular colds and sickness, Which effects your growth + workout sessions.
