Tomorrow is Easter/Pascua, Resurrection Sunday! The resurrection of Jesus is the most important event of the Christian faith. 🥰🙏✝️
Early Sunday morning, several women (Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Salome, & Mary the mother of James) went to the tomb & saw that the large stone covering the entrance was rolled away.
An angel said to them: “Don't be afraid! I know you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He isn't here! He is risen from the dead, just as He said would happen."
On the day of his resurrection, Jesus Christ made at least 5 appearances. The Book of Mark says the first person to see him was Mary Magdalene. Jesus also appeared to Peter, to the two disciples on the road to Emmaus, & later that day to all of the disciples except Thomas while they were gathered in a house for prayer.
“Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?” John 11:25-26

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Philippians 4:6-8
