🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Florida Becomes First State to CRIMINALIZE Geoengineering & Weather Modification! 🚨

In a historic victory for environmental and health freedom, Florida has officially passed SB 56 and HB 477 with an 82–28 vote today.

This legislation makes geoengineering a felony crime in Florida punishable by up to 5 years in prison and $100,000 in fines.

This landmark legislation was championed by Senator Ileana Garcia and Representative Kevin Steele — big thanks to these courageous leaders!

Global Wellness Forum played a pivotal role in raising awareness, giving expert testimony, and strategic advocacy. We also recognize the contributions of multiple grassroots organizations, health freedom advocates and our GWF expert anti-geoengineering council members, along with hundreds of thousands of citizens.

URGENT CALL TO ACTION - CALL YOUR STATE REP!

The Florida House of Representatives will vote Wednesday, April 30 on HB477 (SB56), a bill that would criminalize weather modification and geoengineering activities in Florida.

If this bill passes, Florida will be the first state in the country to make it a felony crime. Any person or corporation who conducts geoengineering or weather modification activity would be subject to a third-degree felony charge, with fines up to $100,000 and punishable up to five years in prison. 🚫✈️💨

Please call + email your state representative and demand they support this bill. Ask they VOTE YES on HB477/SB56.

Next up: house floor vote (with expected further amendments to the bill).

Despite many objections from a handful of committee members HB477 still passed favorably out of the committee.

This was the final committee hearing, next is a floor vote in the house with expected amendments.

Aimee Villella McBride, executive director of Global Wellness Forum delivered powerful public comments:

"Floridians are not to be treated as lab rats and we do not consent to this. This is largely a concern about informed consent and we do not want to be studied to determine what is safe versus what is not safe when there's enough scientific literature to already prove this is hazardous materials."

💥Demand a Ban of Weather Modification in Florida & the US! 💥

Governor Ron DeSantis and Surgeon General Joe Ladapo are ready to end the weather warfare!

SB 56 passed on the Senate floor this past week. It not only prohibits weather modification, but also criminalizes it (makes it a felony, punishable of up to five years in a FL state prison and a $100,000 fine per incident).

Next up, its companion bill in the house, HB477 will be heard in the State Affairs committee on April 17, with expected amendments to strengthen the bill.💥

If HB477 passes out of the committee, it then goes to a floor vote in the house to be reconciled between the two chambers before the final bill goes to Gov. DeSantis to be signed.

💥Idaho passed landmark legislation!!! 💥

This is a first ever in the nation medical freedom act now passed into law in the state of Idaho.

This major accomplishment came after many years of hard work to put protective measures in place that allow for choice, prohibiting discrimination based upon medical choices, and correcting the wrongs after the pandemic.

This representation is critical as the Codex has a history of pushing regulations or policies that allow for higher limits of glyphosate and heavy metals to be allowed in foods, allowing preservatives, additives, artificial dyes, sweeteners, emulsifiers and other toxic ingredients to enter our global food supply and lowering allowable levels of essential nutrients in food and supplements.
