What is the Scythian-Siberian world?
I have noticed that some fans of the Scythian-Siberian peoples do not understand the meaning of this term, considering that Scythian-Siberians are simply Scythians who live in Siberia, and this is a misconception
Scythian-Siberians is a conventional name adopted in archeology for a cultural and historical community, the monuments of which are spread from the Danube to the Baikal region and Mongolia.
That is, the word Scythian-Siberian means the territory from Scythia to Siberia.

Using linguistic and archaeological evidence Parpola connects descriptions in the Rigveda such as enemies with circular forts advanced weaponry and wealth with features of BMAC sites like Dashly-3 which had triple concentric fortifications
He proposes that the term Dasyu may derive from Daha meaning man or hero linked to the Old Iranian dahyu also notes that some Rigvedic words are likely from BMAC He interprets early Vedic accounts of Aryan defeats by fortified enemies(later called Asuras)as encounters with BMAC cities
Parpola highlights that the Dasyus were powerful and wealthy with horses chariots and sharp weapons, matching BMAC traits He argues that the Aryans later integrated some Asura deities such as Varuna and Mitra into their religion to accommodate these influential Dasyu groups This religious syncretism he notes is evident in the Mitanni treaty(1380BCE)which invokes both Indo-Aryan and Asura gods indicating a cultural merger that began before the Aryan migrated to India
