The update was released by the TON Core team together with Tonkeeper. It added the ability to pay network fees in USDt or NOT; execution of up to 255 operations in one transaction; support for functionality extension through plugins and enhanced security measures; optimized network fees. TON Foundation is also launching a bug bounty program with a prize pool of up to $100,000.
