One of the best advice I allow myself to give : practice the art of keeping your mouth shut.
All my worst mistakes and problems regarding my personal honor happened because of my mouth.
Don't talk beyond what you achieved.
Keeping your mouth shut is the basic skill you need to become strong physically and mentally.
Avoid socio political bullshit online.
Don't argue.
Don't explain.
Shut the fuck up.
Being loud is weak, unless is tactical.

Go out with your dog in the woods.
Travel and roam.
Start a fire.
The hardest part is keeping those things alive every day.
Who knows me in real life knows that I am unable even to seat down. I constantly walk, write, draw, shadow boxe and so on.
You don't have to aim immediately to big target. Do little things every day until it becomes routine. See your walk across the woods like a daily adventure.
Change perspective on how you do your things, not on the whole world.
Fight people.

More you feel the urge to argue online, support a political movement along with total strangers, more you need to be easily part of something to feel part of a greater thing, more you are letting then chewing your capability to think and act alone, holding your flag.
Direct physical conflict helps you to feel the moment. More your opponent nuckles hits your head, and you understand you can go down with your brain bleeding inside your skull, more you are forced to abandon any memory and your thoughts to stay on guard and fight back. It forces you to stand alone for something.
This world is not gonna change because you trust something big.
But it can change if you are ready to act on the first line along with like minded people: they will never be an army, but an elite able to build your own world at your side.
