They said “soon.”
Then they said “very.”
Then came “imminent,”
which got kinda scary.
We waited through updates,
Intel and charts,
Took notes from insiders
and quantum wildcards.
We saged the fridge,
cleared karmic debt,
some even forgave
their ex on the internet.
We meditated daily,
drank twelve kinds of tea,
asked our higher self,
then binge-watched TV.
We decoded tweets,
we followed the moon,
we whispered to ZIM notes:
“Maybe next Tuesday noon?”
But here's what they missed
with their deadlines and dates-
✨The ones who can wait
are the ones who create.✨
Because underneath timelines,
and silence so loud,
we’re building the future-
not just waiting in crowd.
So if nothing drops,
don’t rage at the sky,
just smirk and say,
