I went to some fancy coffee shop where they have some wagie make coffee right in front of you with some gizmo and fancy smancy BEANS. The coffee itself was okay, I think my mom made me plunger coffee that was on par with that cup, they used the Siphon method, pretty neat but eh at the end of the whole presentation I've come to the following conclusion:

The Italians have perfected coffee with the invention of the cappuccino and the espresso.
End of story.
Everything else is just a mental disorder.
