COURTS CLAIM TO SIT IN EQUITY — BUT WHERE’S THE HONOUR?
Most people don’t realise this:
Courts were never meant to be administrative tools for revenue collection.
They were meant to be guardians of conscience, delivering justice through equity — not enforcing policy through procedure.
Equity is the heart of law.
It protects the vulnerable.
It corrects injustice.
It prioritises truth over technicality.
But equity has rules — and the first is this:
“He who seeks equity must do equity.”
That includes the court itself.
If a court is truly sitting in equity, it is obligated to provide full disclosure to all parties.
That means:
• Disclosure of the jurisdiction being applied: Is this common law, equity, statute, or admiralty?
• Confirmation of the judge’s role: Are they acting under oath of office, or as a private administrator?
• Identification of the trust relationship: Who is the trustee, the beneficiary, and the creditor?
• Transparency about any financial instruments created: Are your filings being securitised? Is the NAME being used to generate commercial paper?
• Disclosure of conflicts of interest: Are court-appointed agents financially incentivised?
If they refuse to answer — they’re not sitting in equity.
They’re operating in dishonour, enforcing policy, not justice.
Family Court is the clearest example:
• Property gets divided before children are protected.
• False allegations go unpunished.
• Parents are treated as case files, not living beings.
And yet they call it “justice.”
But equity lives on — and remedy is still possible.
You have the right to ask:
• “Is this court sitting in equity today?”
• “Will the court provide full disclosure of capacity, jurisdiction, and interests before proceeding?”
• “Am I being addressed as the legal fiction or as the living man?”
If the court is silent — that silence is dishonour.
And in equity, dishonour breaks the trust.
The system relies on your ignorance and consent.
Withdraw both — and you begin to reclaim your power.
