This is exactly how the government puts their raises and pensions on a credit card YOU personally collateralized with your home.
How is that?
Well the local gov takes bonds out using your property & state taxes as collateral for the loans.
They can raise your property taxes all they want. If you don't pay what they say you owe...you lose your home.
This entire system is built on CONSENT and YOUR SILENCE IS CONSENT because your local and state governments believe they can borrow any amount of money they need to run the government as they see fit.
In a normal world with real elections, public servants would be worried about getting replaced in the next election if they did a bad job.
But do I have to tell you that elections are rigged?
Let's break this down:
1.) Bankers & Developers "influence" who runs for office.
2.) Once selected, they go borrow from the bankers and let the developer develop all they want. More borrowing from bankers.
3.) Locals then INFLATE your home value to justify charging you more property taxes.
4.) Your property values chain reaction making EVERYTHING MORE EXPENSIVE. For example:
-It all starts with higher property taxes
-Your property insurance rates go up
-Then your utilities (they also have to pay more)
-Then your groceries (they also have to pay more)
-Then all your local business services (they also have to pay more)
Inflation is MOSTLY caused by local manipulation of home values NOT money printing.

I don't want to give up on the freedom of speech, but on the other hand on beating the Islamists at their game.”
