Dear Starseed,
Please be aware that all social media platforms are also energetic gateways where you interact also energetically with others.
From time to time it is worth doing an energetic cleanse of each platform you are engaged with.
You can call upon your Higher Self and Angels to begin to clear the gateways itself and also any energy cords or hooks you have there.
You can invoke angelic fire as a waterfall of light clearing your energy fields and all connections on the platform.
You can go further if you wish. In meditation you can take a step through the doorway and see the platform as a landscape. You do not visualise the landscape you ask your Higher Self to show you.
Perhaps also ask if there is anything you need to do in that landscape to keep yourself energetically clean.

What month is it again
flew by and
what a month it was

A new inner connection

Long ago, before the town came, before the hydro dams took the breath from our rivers, there was a boy named KÄŤsikÄw, which means âHe Who Comes From the Sky.â He was born during a thunderstormâhis first cries were swallowed by the roar of the heavens, and the old ones said he was destined to carry lightning in his heart. But that lightningâitâs a dangerous thing, ĂŞkwaâbecause it can burn just as easily as it can shine.
KÄŤsikÄw grew up in a house where love was a quiet, broken thing. His father, wounded by residential school, carried pain like a second skin. He didnât know how to be gentle. His words struck like fists. His silence cut deeper. And his mother, she triedâoh, how she triedâbut she was drowning in her own grief. The boy learned early that some wounds donât bleed on the outside.

When the mind is a factory then it produces endless mental chatter, limiting stories, labels, judgements and so on.
When the mind is a garden we are connected to the earth and to the web of life.
When the mind is a garden our thoughts become kind, beautiful and creative.
When the mind is a garden then life feels more like play rather than hard work.

For many thousands of years the main focus of humanity has been outwards.
That is changing. As we enter a New Age of Light the pull will be inward.
In this inward exploration there will be a greater appreciation for the connection between inner and outer.
For each is a mirror reflecting the other. As we change our inner landscape of thoughts and feeling so the outer world magically shifts.
An angry person will see an angry world, a depressed person will see a hopeless world, a peaceful person will see a world of peace, a joyful person will notice the joy in those around them.
We change the outer by changing the inner. It can also happen the other way around!
