Truckers aren’t “complaining.” They’re surviving a broken system. Here’s how we fix it—with real solutions that protect drivers and rebuild our supply chain.
🅿️ 1. BUILD REAL PARKING INFRASTRUCTURE
Too many drivers are forced to sleep illegally or dangerously.
✅ Create federal funds to build truck parking at rest areas, exits, and industrial zones.
✅ Offer tax breaks to retailers and warehouses that allow overnight truck parking.
✅ Require states to include truck parking in transportation planning.
💰 2. PAY DRIVERS FOR THEIR TIME, NOT JUST THEIR MILES
Drivers often wait 2–4 hours at docks unpaid.
✅ End the federal loophole that exempts truckers from overtime pay.
✅ Mandate pay after 1 hour of detention—no more free labor.
✅ Encourage hourly or hybrid pay to protect against unpaid delays.
⏳ 3. FIX HOURS-OF-SERVICE RULES
The 14-hour rule punishes drivers for things beyond their control.
✅ Allow a one-time pause in the clock for delays or rest.
✅ Expand flexible sleeper berth options (e.g., 6/4 or 5/5 splits).
✅ Appoint veteran drivers—not bureaucrats—to federal advisory boards.
🚫 4. STOP THE SPEED LIMITER MANDATE
Forcing trucks to drive slower than traffic causes more danger, not less.
✅ Let states—not DC—set their own speed policies.
✅ Trust CDL holders to use professional judgment.
🛠 5. DEFEND THE INDEPENDENT DRIVER
California’s AB5 law nearly wiped out owner-operators.
✅ Exempt truckers from laws that treat them like employees.
✅ Protect the right to be your own boss behind the wheel.
✅ Crack down on predatory lease-purchase scams.
⚖️ 6. STOP LAWSUIT ABUSE
One lawsuit can destroy a small fleet—even if it’s not at fault.
✅ Cap excessive jury awards in trucking accident cases.
✅ Reform the system to protect honest, hard-working drivers from predatory litigation.

Trucking should be a career path, not a dead end.

Chauvinism Is Not National Socialism — Nor Is It Life Affirming
There is a critical misunderstanding — often repeated by both detractors and misguided advocates — that chauvinism is an inherent part of National Socialism.
This is false.
National Socialism, when properly understood through the lens of the Life Affirming Principle, is rooted in preservation, order, discipline, and reverence for one’s people — not in arrogant superiority or the degradation of others.
Chauvinism is a life-destroying force.
It is driven by insecurity, by a need to feel “better than” others to justify one’s identity;
But a healthy identity — a strong people — does not require comparison.
You preserve what is yours not because it is superior to others, but because it is yours.
It is the vessel of your ancestors, the memory of your bloodline, and the soul of your culture.
That alone is worth defending.
