The exercise of the lawful authority of the President of the National Party by any other person than Justin Barrett or by delegation from him from July of 2023 was and is fraudulent. Following the issuance of the Official and Final Decision by the Electoral Commission the defence of “reasonable doubt” is no longer available to persons so doing and is a criminal offence.
The raising or spending of money or use of benefit in kind on behalf of the National Party by persons not delegated to do so was and is fraudulent and the defence of “reasonable doubt” is no longer available.
The use of social media accounts of the National Party for purposes not lawfully delegated, most egregiously derogatory or libellous posts denigrating the behaviour or character of the President, was and is fraudulent and the defence of “reasonable doubt” is no longer available.
The representation of any person as a spokesperson or officer of the National Party, not lawfully appointed or delegated, for any purpose whatsoever was and is fraudulent and the defence of “reasonable doubt” is no longer available.
Cllr. Patrick Quinlan is under the lawful authority of the National Party as a public representative until such time as his resignation from the Party is received. In such instance he remains a duly elected independent Cllr. and was lawfully nominated by an authorised signatory of his nomination as a National Party candidate.
The criminal investigation into the unlawful removal of National Party assets from access and control by the President by certain individuals not authorised to do so shall proceed their normal course unless withdrawn by Mr. Barrett. Any attempted defence of “reasonable doubt” is no longer available.

A rigged meeting falsely called an AGM of the NP has just ended with the inevitable election of Patrick Quinlan as pseudo “leader”.
This mistake uninterrupted was the last throw at the "National Alliance".
Another fraudulent application will follow to the Electoral Commission. It will be refused, the new “leadership” has no legal connection at all with the legitimate National Party with the absence of James Reynolds.

This young man was stabbed in the chest at a High School Track & Field meet simply because he was ‘in the wrong seat.’ He bled to death in his twin brother’s arms.
There is no amount of socio-economic factors that will fix this. These people are not like us and will never be us. They are incompatible with White civilization. Because it is White! We built it for ourselves! It’s ours! Anyone that is not a European does not belong here.

An Extraordinary General Meeting of the National Party, called by the President Justin Barrett, in accordance with the Constitution of the National Party, with more than 15 days notice to the valid membership, has just concluded.
A vote of confidence in the current President as leader of the Party was passed unanimously and three members of the National Directorate were elected by the members present.
There now follows a period of 30 days until the new National Directors take office and it is the intention of the President Mr. Barrett to proceed then to the High Court for a series of Orders to resolve the purported dispute over control of the Party mechanisms, in particular assets such as social media accounts, finances and sundry material items that have been illegally withheld over the past year and some.
The re-affirmed President would wish to add that such National Party candidates nominated by James Reynolds for the coming General Election, while technically valid, do not have the support of the legitimate Party leadership and any perceived endorsement of them is null and void. They shall further to that be expelled from the Party regardless of the outcome of the General Election.
The President would further wish it to be known that at no time was the National Party validly part of any “Alliance” for the purpose of that election or thereafter and this will be conveyed to the leaders of the constituent parties in a formal way as soon as the new National Directorate can hold a valid meeting.
Mr. Reynolds, who was given due notice of the EGM, will be held personally responsible for any reputational or financial damage to the Party occurring since July of 2023 and recompense will be sought, considerably increased if he should attempt to oppose the High Court application. Further criminal proceedings against himself and others are likely to follow.

On this day in 1920, IRA volunteer Kevin Barry was hanged in Mountjoy Prison at just 18 years of age. The only crime Barry was guilty of was fighting to free his land from the shackles of a foreign and oppressive regime.
Today Clann Éireann remembers and commemorates Kevin Barry, and all the young men who fought and died in the struggle to make Ireland a nation Gaelic and Free.

Lasair Dhearg admits to being behind the attack on our Ard Fheis with hammers and other weapons. Women and children were terrified (including my own 2 sons) as they smashed through the doors of the building and the men of our party formed a line to stop them getting to the women and children. These people are pathetic communist cowards. And the fact that nobody has ever been charged for this attack, after which some of our members had to be hospitalised, speaks volumes about who is behind this organisation.

Our oldest turned 10 yesterday. We thought it was about time he got a copy for his very own. I'm raising my sons under the principles of National Socialism and I am proud to do so. My sons will grow up to be proud of their race, heritage, and masculinity. They will grow up to be the protectors and defenders of women and children.
