Ralph Waldo Emerson said, "Sow a thought and you reap an action; sow an act and you reap a habit; skw a habit and you reap a character; sow a character and you reap a destiny." In other words, change your habits, and in time you will change your character. You will become one who is walking in the light.
You do not become sinless when you are saved. You still have the human sun nature with which to deal. There are steps you can take to deal with this problem. You can deal with your sinful habits, ridding yourself of them as you grow in grace. The key is to develop good habits to replace the bad habits. Establish a devotional habit, reading your Bible and meditating on Hod's Word. Pray daily. Praise God for His blessings. Then you will be walking as a child of light. ☕️

For ye were sometimes darkness, buy now are ye light in the Lord: walk, as children of light
Ephesians 5:8
Walk as children of light👇
Servants often go unnoticed.
Servants often go unthanked.
Servants often go unremembered.

Yet, as we serve Christ, He reminds us that while others may forget our work and labor of love, He will not.

As we minister to His people, we are showing our love toward His name.

He is not unrighteous. He will not forget.

Have you felt forgotten?

Servant of Christ, you may labor in an unknown place, but you are not unknown.

You may feel your love unreciprocated, your labor unrewarded, but our Savior reminds us that our reaping will come in due time, if we faint not.

Keep loving the Lord. Keep showing others that love by serving them.

God is keeping the record.☕️

You can't always have a good day. But you can always face a bad day with a good attitude. ☕️

Is it not humiliating to be told that we must come to Jesus! Think of the things we will not come to Jesus Christ about. If you want to know how real you are, test yourself by these words--"Come unto Me." In every degree in which you are not real, you will dispute rather than come, you will quibble rather than come, you will go through sorrow rather than come, you will do anything rather than come the last lap of unutterable foolishness--"Just as I am." As long as you have the tiniest bit of spiritual impertinence, it will always reveal itself in the fact that you are expecting God to tell you to do a big thing, and all He is telling you to do is to "come."

"Come unto Me." When you hear those words you will know that something must happen in you before you can come. The Holy Spirit will show you what you have to do, anything at all that will put the axe at the root of the thing which is preventing you from getting through. You will never get further until you are willing to do that one thing. The Holy Spirit will locate the one impregnable thing in you, but He cannot budge it unless you are willing to let Him. How often have you come to God with your requests and gone away with the feeling -- Oh, well, I have done it this time! And yet you go away with nothing, whilst all the time God stood with outstretched hands not only to take you, but for you to take Him. Think of the invincible, unconquerable, unwearying patience of Jesus-- "Come unto Me." ☕️

Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart; and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. ☕️

"A lady was visited by her Pastor, while doing some embroidering. As she continued her work, she complained of her many trials and could not understand why there should be so many troubles in her life. The man of God asked to see her embroidery and upon examining it said, "My this is an ugly piece of work; it is nothing but a tangle of threads." Taking the work from his hands and turning it right side up, the lady said, "You're looking at it from the wrong side!" "So," pointed out the Pastor, "perhaps you are looking at your troubles from the wrong side; from your side, not seeing that God is working out a more wonderful pattern than you could ever imagine."
Your trial can be a messenger of love and life to you. Christ is never more needed nor more accessible than in life's darkest hour." ☕️

Hope does not disappoint" A true and well-placed hope,
will never leave you feeling let down or frustrated because it is founded on a solid foundation that will ultimately be fulfilled, even in the face of challenges or setbacks; it is a steadfast belief that good things will come to pass.
God never asks us to do anything that is insignificant or unimportant. There's always a purpose for it. It is always for our good.☕️

Love First…Love Always: Love as Jesus Loved

"A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another." — John 13:34

Jesus didn’t just tell us to love—He showed us how. He loved with humility, washing the feet of His disciples. He loved with compassion, embracing the outcast. He loved with sacrifice, giving His very life for us.

This is the love we are called to—a love that serves, forgives, and gives without condition. A love that crosses boundaries, breaks down walls, and reaches beyond what is easy or convenient.

Loving like Jesus isn’t always comfortable, but it is always transformative. How can you love someone today in a way that reflects Christ’s love? A word of grace, an act of kindness, a step toward reconciliation—it all matters.

Let’s love one another, not just in word, but in the WAY Jesus loved us. ☕️

If ever human Iove was tender, and self sacrificing, and devoted; if ever it could bear and forbear; if ever it could suffer gladly itself out in a lavish abandonment for the comfort or pleasure of its objects; then infinitely more is Divine love tender, and self-sacrificing, and devoted, and glad to bear and forbear, and to suffer, and to lavish its best of gifts and blessings upon the objects of its love. Put together all the tenderness love you know of, the deepest you have ever felt, and the strongest that has ever been poured out upon you, and heap upon it all the love of all the loving human hearts in the world, and then multiply it by infinity, and you will begin, perhaps, to have some faint glimpse of what the love of God is. ☕️
