A rail car carrying ammonium nitrate left a plant operated by explosives manufacturer Dyno Nobel in Cheyenne, Wyoming, on April 12, according to an incident report filed May 10 by a representative of the company with the National Response Center.

JUST IN: Search and rescue operation is underway after a ship with 200 people onboard crashes into the Brooklyn Bridge.
The 150 foot masts were seen colliding with the bridge.
The ship, the Cuauhtémoc, was built in Spain in 1982.
“Victims are being transported to the Brooklyn Navy Yard, with those in critical condition being taken to a nearby hospital for additional treatment,” the New York Post reported.
