—❗️🇵🇰/🇮🇳 Pakistan Minister of Information full statement:
'Pakistan has credible intelligence that India intends to carry out military action against Pakistan in the next 24-36 hours on the pretext of baseless and concocted allegations of involvement in the Pahalgam incident.
Indian self assumed hubristic role of Judge, Jury and Executioner in the region is reckless and vehemently rejected.
Pakistan has been the victim of terrorism itself and truly understands the pain of this scourge. We have always condemned it in all its forms and manifestations anywhere in the world.
Being a responsible state, Pakistan open heartedly offered a credible, transparent and independent investigation by a neutral commission of experts to ascertain the truth.
Unfortunately, rather than pursuing the path of reason, India has apparently decided to tread the dangerous path of irrationality and confrontation, which will have catastrophic consequences for the complete region and beyond.
Evasion of credible investigations is in itself sufficient evidence exposing India's real motives. Consciously making strategic decisions hostage to public sentiments, purposefully trumped up for securing political objectives, is unfortunate and deplorable.
Pakistan reiterates that any such military adventurism by India would be responded to assuredly and decisively.
The International community must remain alive to the reality that the onus of escalatory spiral and its ensuing consequences shall squarely lie with India.
The Nation reiterates its resolve to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Pakistan at all cost.'

🇵🇹🇪🇸 Portugal’s PM Luis Montenegro confirmed that the national energy system is now fully operating on domestic production, while power has been restored across Spain as well.
Several possible causes from early speculation have been ruled out, including cyberattacks, a lack of nuclear supply, or major technical incidents. Both Spain and Portugal have requested help from the EU in order to deliver independent assessments.

🇪🇬📞🇱🇾 — A 55-year-old audio recording of Gamal Abdel Nasser and Muammar Gaddafi discussing the Palestinian cause and Arab divisions has been released this week by a YouTube channel called "Nasser TV," owned by Nasser's daughter, Huda Abdel Nasser.
➡️The recorded audio contains many messages considered dangerous and in violation of Nasser's publicly declared policies at the time, and it fully contradicts his ideological views.
➡️It also reveals Nasser's growing frustration with Arab rulers, particularly Baathist Iraq, which had launched a propaganda campaign accusing Nasser of betraying Arabs, along with Syria, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, and South Yemen.
➡️The conversation was recorded on August 3, 1970, shortly after U.S. Secretary of State William Rogers proposed a second ceasefire plan between Egypt and Israel, aimed at ending the War of Attrition and initiating political negotiations, which Nasser accepted.
➡️When Gaddafi urged Nasser to continue fighting Israel and reject Rogers' proposal, Nasser responded — in the context of the Baathist media campaign accusing him of defeatism — by saying:
➡️The viral recording has reignited debates over Nasser’s complex legacy hailed by some as a revolutionary leader who championed Arab nationalism and anti-colonialism, and criticized by others for miscalculations that weakened the Arab position, particularly after the 1967 defeat.
➡️On social media, Nasser’s supporters have questioned the timing of the audio’s release, especially amid current discussions of peace proposals with Israel by multiple Arab countries, and have claimed it is an attempt to demonize armed struggle and resistance, paving the way for normalization.

Whoever wants to fight, then fight [the Israelis] on his own.
We are for a peaceful, surrender-based, defeatist solution, and you can start the fight.
We will only talk about Sinai and will not neglect the Palestinian cause. You can get to work now.
