Judgement still has not arrived. It's been great being able to focus on WIRA again as we wish to launch this year. Surprisingly, the website creation consumes more time than I anticipated. I end up spending hours creating images, resizing, rewriting text, creating links, editing, and modifying layouts. The actual bulk content takes less time than the design process. I've spent hours on one page this evening between cooking, feeding baby, playing and bathing. Will likely stay up so I can move onto completing the lessons for each course as I am now behind most team members on that task. The Counter Critical Race theory lessons for Years 1-6 are the most difficult to create because it must be age appropriate, there are no resources out there to build upon and reading the CRT and nonsense "anti-racism" for kids is infuriating so it's a task I don't like to do. Will have to move back onto the Our Rights initial projects soon. It has been so long since R training its going to be like new and although I did analytics (Six Sigma) previously its not something I enjoy or am naturally good at, luckily members of the team are much better. Still undecided on the first research project as we had picked 3 but I think analysing current issues and deciding from there is the best course of action. I can't wait to show the work when it's complete.

I like her and I believe her version of the events. It probably was self-defense. A beautiful white woman like that will have others wanting to mess with her and try to make an excuse to manhandle her all the time. It is so nice to be catching up on university work reasonably undisturbed as the man is off work today. He is taking the baby to the classical music recital giving me time to study in peace while he enjoys some well deserved time with his little darling.
Today, I am studying Terrorism in Critical Approaches to Current Legal Issues in my catch-up study from what I missed while in court all week last week. It is very interesting, although it is less in-depth into the statute and case law than I would like. I came out of a 2.5hr seminar and LG at 12 on birth rights, which is this weeks Critical Approaches unit. Later today, in Business Law, I will be covering Directors' performance duties and legal rights of members. All of these I already have studied independently, so it is more expanding on prior learning rather than it being a legal topic I know nothing about going in, which the familiarity makes the studying much less strenuous and very enjoyable. I wish I had the opportunity to study law and build skills in this most important area at an earlier stage.
Still waiting on the judgement from the trial last week, so I have no idea if proceedings will advance to appeals by either party and I have realised there was an application by the Defence that should have been heard last week but it wasn't so will have to look at the implications and what should happen with that now the trial has concluded.
It's so liberating having one less work heavy task to attend to. I can start planning the gym and training schedules again. WIRA meetings are back to weekly.
Most looking forward to more breaks away and relaxing non stress leisure activities resuming. Next weekend, we are going on a well-deserved family trip away at a lovely spa hotel over Mothers Day weekend, which we have not had time for over the last few months since Christmas due to workload.
Along with the sun coming out, life just is so perfect, perfect, a balance of studies, work on launching the company, designing the learning experiences for the Nest Hub, family activities, and enjoying life.
I would have liked to book into a restaurant or salon for Saturday, but the man has political party obligations to attend to, so that will have to wait. I will likely sort the garden instead so that we can spend more time outside now the weather has improved.
When blackpilled "nationalists" claim we can't do it all while fighting for our existence through multiple forms of operations while also living a happy life to its full, they are certainly wrong. We can, and it is so fulfilling to do so.

Recorded a quick overview/update regarding the trial that took place last week in my case against my former university. There was a lot I left out in this video as I had a short space of time to record between other tasks. I will go into more detail at a later date if requested and update on the outcome once I have the public judgment. I would like to thank James and Davy for attending every day of the trial and many of the hearings prior to the trial. It has certainly been a long drawn out legal battle with a heavy amount of complex legal work but totally worth it to build skills, knowledge and experience fighting anti-white agendas that affected myself and all other White people. Its been refreshing to take the fight directly to those who discriminate against us and purposefully put us at a disadvantage in our own homeland, rather than just complaining about it as seems to be how most usually address these issues. Busy catching up with uni work and WIRA tasks which I will also update on soon.

I think oral submissions are going to be one of the most difficult parts of the trial proceedings. As there are so many claims, memorising all the points to each parts of the statutory tests, the evidence pertaining to the circumstances, treatment and actions along with all the legal points with the precedents and authorities that support that points and arguments is not a simple task. If I proceed with any similar cases I will likely reduce the Claims to the strongest to simplify the presentation. Looks like I won't be updating you on until afterwards, probably next week.

Final filing today. Bundles are huge, I am going to require a wheeled suitcase to get everything to the court each day of the trial next week. So glad this is finally reaching its conclusion. Litigation is so incredibly drawn out and work heavy. It will be nice to just have the baby, studies and the company launch to worry about.

Another loss for the Open University with their rabid enforcement of far left extremist political ideology through use of harassment and victimisation. My case is based on racial discrimination and discrimination of belief but not ones related to gender ideology, along with racial harassment, victimisation and contraventions of the Education Act and Human Rights Act. I gather I am the only Litigant in Person in proceedings against them. Just preparing the final parts of the Skeleton Arguments, preparing for opening and closing statements, oral submissions and cross examination of witnesses. I am quite looking forward to the Trial and concluding this matter so I can focus on studies and WIRA. I am certainly going to be deserving of a nice quiet spa weekend away and a holiday by the time this is done.
