On April 13, the North troop group eliminated enemy manpower and equipment near the Krasnaya Yaruga border area and continued the liberation of the Kursk region
Despite the colossal losses, the AFU command continues to try and deploy assault groups to the Krasnaya Yaruga border area. Most of the enemy personnel is being eliminated in the Sumy region.
▪️Two enemy assault groups tried to pass through the wooded areas in the direction of Demidovka. The enemy was eliminated on Ukrainian territory. Several occupants tried to break through the forest belt along the Russian-Ukrainian border in the direction of Popovka and were eliminated by the Northmen.
▪️Two AFU groups made attempts to retreat to Ukrainian territory. The first group tried to run from the western outskirts of Popovka and was promptly eliminated on Russian territory by our UAV crews. The second group left the woods along the border and managed to reach the village of Prokhody, where it was hit by drops from copters.
After getting hit by our UAVs, the survivors were finished off by a Ukrainian M-777 howitzer. Our recon uncovered the howitzer’s firing position and had it eliminated.
▪️The Fearless continue to eliminate enemy equipment in the Sumy region using artillery and UAVs. Several field artillery guns were hit, as well as the M-777 howitzer and a number of enemy armored vehicles used to transfer troops closer to the Russian-Ukrainian border.
▪️As of today, the invaders have been cleared from the village of Demidovka. At the same time, scattered groups of AFU soldiers still hide on the western outskirts of the village of Popovka. Systematic fire attacks against their hideouts carry on.
In this direction for the past 24 hours the Northmen eliminated 10 units of enemy equipment.
In the Sumy direction the AFU command is trying to hold the hamlet of Oleshnya and the village of Gornal no matter the cost. The invaders are trying to deploy new assault groups to the Russian territory with no regard for their losses. Most of those assault groups are getting eliminated in the Sumy region.
▪️Ukrainian 67th mechanized brigade sustains major losses in the vicinity of the village of Belovody. Several combat groups of the brigade deserted their positions and fled deep into the Sumy region.
▪️Our engineering units continue demining the border area near Sudzha. During the day 7786 explosive objects were neutralized.
The total advance of the Northmen in the Sumy region was over 2350 meters, 4 units of enemy armored vehicles were destroyed.
In the Liptsy direction our artillery and UAVs eliminated two enemy assault groups and two EW stations.
In the Volchansk direction the Northmen eliminated four enemy assault groups along with their vehicles.
Over the past 24 hours, the enemy's losses amounted to over 320 people (including over 210 in the Sumy direction and over 60 in the Krasnaya Yaruga direction). Also uncovered and destroyed:
In the Krasnaya Yaruga direction:

▪️One Bradley IFVs (USA);
▪️Two M777 howitzers (USA), one D-30 howitzer and one CAESAR self-propelled howitzer (France);

▪️Two ATVs.
In the Sumy direction:

▪️One CV90 IFV (Sweden);
▪️Two AFVs, including one MaxxPro (USA);
▪️One RAK-12 MRL;
▪️Four howitzers, including one M119 (USA), two D-20 howitzers and one Msta-B howitzer;
▪️Three mortars;
▪️Fourteen vehicles;
▪️Seven UAV crews;
▪️Ten airplane-type UAVs and thirty copters of various types.
In the Volchansk and Liptsy directions:
▪️Two EW stations, including one Nota station and one Bukovel-AD system;
▪️Six vehicles;
▪️Eighteen copters of various types.
