Peterson is on Rogan today. He's there to try and gaslight Joe into gatekeeping the quote "psychopaths" who dare to criticize Jews and Israel from being on his show. He claims these people do it for their own gain, when in reality they get debanked, demonized, and endlessly defamed for speaking the truth.

“Tren de Aragua is one of the most dangerous gangs in the country, and the NYPD has taken significant action to shut down their operations in New York City.
For the first time ever, TdA is being named and charged as the criminal enterprise that it is. This isn’t just street crime—it’s organized racketeering, and this gang has shown zero regard for the safety of New Yorkers.”
Attorney General Pam Bondi on Tuesday announced the Justice Department has charged over two dozen alleged current and former members of the violent gang Tren de Aragua (TdA) under the Racketeering Influence and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
The move marks the first time that the federal government has used the act to prosecute a foreign terrorist organization, or drug cartel, the Daily Wire reported. The act is typically used against the mafia.
Bondi and Matthew Podolsky, the Acting United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, said charges have been filed against 27 people the department believes are former or current gang members. The charges include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking conspiracy, drug trafficking conspiracy, robbery, and firearms offenses.
“As alleged, Tren de Aragua is not just a street gang – it is a highly structured terrorist organization that has destroyed American families with brutal violence, engaged in human trafficking, and spread deadly drugs through our communities,” Bondi said. “Today’s indictments and arrests span three states and will devastate TdA’s infrastructure as we work to completely dismantle and purge this organization from our country.”
The indictment also accuses 19 of the 27 people charged of being part of the Tren de Aragua offshoot referred to as “Anti-Tren.”
The Justice Department additionally claimed that the violent Venezuelan gang is particularly active in New York City, including in Queens and the Bronx.

In yet another blow to immigration law enforcement, the Supreme Court today ruled 5–4 in Monsalvo Velázquez v. Bondi that illegal aliens granted voluntary departure under federal immigration law can remain in the United States past their court-ordered departure deadline—if that deadline happens to fall on a weekend or legal holiday.
Justice Neil Gorsuch authored the majority opinion, joined by Justices Roberts, Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson, effectively rewriting the meaning of a “60-day” voluntary departure period to accommodate the convenience of deportable individuals, not the rule of law.
At the center of the case was Hugo Monsalvo Velázquez, a Mexican national who entered the U.S. illegally nearly two decades ago and was ordered to leave within 60 days.
His departure deadline fell on a Saturday, but instead of leaving, he filed a motion to reopen his case on the following Monday.
Both the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that he had missed his deadline.
But the Supreme Court has now overruled them, injecting ambiguity into what was once a firm immigration deadline.
In a strong dissent, Justice Clarence Thomas—joined by Justices Alito, Kavanaugh, and Barrett—blasted the majority for stretching the law beyond its clear terms, arguing that ’60 days means 60 days,’ not whenever the alien gets around to it.
“The merits question in this case—whether petitioner left the United States within “60 days” after October 12, 2021— is straightforward,” Alito wrote in his opinion.
The 60th ‘day’ after October 12, 2021, was Saturday, December 11, 2021. And petitioner failed to depart the country by that Saturday. … There is no justification for [a 2-day extension],”

Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and the Trump administration plan on ordering manufacturers to cut potentially harmful artificial dyes used in hundreds of food products, federal officials said Monday.
Health and Human Services and the Food and Drug Administration will announce the phase out of petroleum-based synthetic dyes Tuesday in a “major step forward in the Administration’s effort to Make America Healthy,” the agencies said.
Watch [HERE]
The shakeup comes after a commonly used dye known as Red 3 was banned from the nation’s food supply in January under the Biden administration because the FDA said studies found it caused cancer in lab rats. The prohibition is expected to begin in 2027.
Kennedy applauded the ban around the time it was announced and vowed to zero in on the eight additional food dyes still allowed in colorful cereal, drinks and candies.
“I was called a conspiracy theorist because I said that red dye caused cancer,” Kennedy, 71, said during his confirmation hearing. “Now, FDA has acknowledged that and banned it.”
Kennedy also told top executives at large food manufacturing companies in March that he would focus on getting rid of artificial dyes from foods, the New York Times reported last month.

Poor Fortesa Latifi. You'd think we'd have become old news by now.
In 2020, Dan’s wife lost a pregnancy. When Dan, a 41-year-old from Minnesota, told his parents about the loss, his mother said that the Covid vaccine was responsible for the miscarriage (though multiple studies found that it did not increase risk).
In the months leading up to that, she had posted memes featuring slogans like Save the Children and Where We Go One We Go All.
But when she blamed vaccination for the loss, it was the last straw. He started searching online for a way to combat his mother’s conspiratorial thinking.
In that search, he found r/QAnonCasualties, a subreddit for people whose loved ones have fallen down the QAnon rabbit role.
Dan scrolled and posted and commented, hoping to find the resources to guide his mother out of her Q-pilled beliefs.
“Learn how to steer them back to reality and heal yourself,” reads the sub’s description.
Five years later, Dan — and many other subreddit members — no longer believe that’s possible.

Enough is enough - it’s time for President Trump to consider suspending the writ of Habeas Corpus to deport the millions of illegal aliens who invaded our country
It’s in the Constitution - Article 1, Section 9
It’s allowed when there is an invasion
FDR used it
Lincoln used it
Ulysses S. Grant used it
And all their faces ended up on our national currency
I hope Trump suspends habeas to repel this historic invasion - we’re more than ready to defend him and take our country back
If the courts are going to sabotage America by allowing this invasion, then it’s time to use constitutional authorities to circumvent their extremism

President Donald Trump on Tuesday said he has “no intention” of firing Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell before his term leading the U.S. central bank ends next year.
“None whatsoever,” Trump said in the Oval Office when asked to clarify that he did not seek Powell’s removal.
“Never did.”
The comment represents a dramatic shift for Trump, who has recently ramped up his rhetoric against Powell and declined to rule out the possibility of taking the unprecedented step of firing him.
Trump, who has heaped pressure on the Fed chair to cut interest rates in hopes of goosing economic growth, said last week of Powell, “If I want him out of there, he’ll be out real fast.”
White House economic adviser Kevin Hassett said Friday that Trump and his aides were actively studying the possibility of firing Powell.
Powell, whom Trump appointed during his first term as president, is set to serve as Fed chair until May 2026. He has flatly stated that the president cannot remove him under the law.
Trump on Monday fired off his most incendiary criticism of Powell yet, calling him a “major loser” and urging him to lower rates immediately.
But when asked on Tuesday afternoon about the prospect of firing Powell, Trump said, “the press runs away with things.”
“No, I have no intention of firing him,” Trump told reporters after a ceremony swearing in Paul Atkins as chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
“I would like to see him be a little more active in terms of his idea to lower interest rates,” the president added. “This is a perfect time to lower interest rates.”

🇷🇺🇺🇸🇺🇦Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov called the negotiations between Russia and the United States on the conflict in Ukraine difficult and time-consuming.
"There is a lot of hard work going on. We're talking to the Americans. The process is difficult and time-consuming.
You should not expect immediate results, this work cannot be carried out publicly," Peskov said as quoted by the Financial Times.
A representative of the US State Department told the newspaper that he could not provide information on the essence of the negotiations.
The publication also quoted an unnamed senior Ukrainian official as saying that Kiev positively perceives some of the settlement ideas proposed by US President Donald Trump and his team.
However, he did not specify which of the American leader's initiatives he was talking about.
The New York Post previously reported that Trump's plan may include deploying European troops to Kiev-controlled territories.
Also, the issue of creating a "joint commission" is being considered, which will include representatives of Russia, Ukraine and a third non-NATO country to monitor the ceasefire.

And now SCOTUS has emboldened other federal judges to impose unprecedented burdens on the administration.

So WTAF is going on?

At first glance, the videos and photos tell a story of a family that loved guns.
But, who they shared those guns and their home with is raising questions about the homeowner, Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Joel Cano. 🤯
Cano resigned last month in what appeared at the time to be a retirement.
Though his letter did not give a reason for the resignation, it came shortly after a raid at his home in which Department of Homeland Security agents found Cristhian Ortega-Lopez, an illegal migrant and Tren de Aragua member living there.
On Feb. 28, Ortega-Lopez was arrested and charged with being in the country illegally and possessing a firearm.
In an interview with The National News Desk on Tuesday, former ICE field office director John Fabbricatore said, “This judge's daughter is allowing this illegal alien to have access to firearms, which is unlawful under 18 U.S.C. 922(g). It is a felony for this illegal alien to be in possession of firearms."
Last year, an operation in New Mexico named "Operation Disruption" led to the rescue of 91 migrants being held in stash houses, many in Doña Ana County.
Fabbricatore spent time working in Doña Ana County, which he said is one of many border towns that are a draw for transnational gang members.
"The United States is a gold pot for them to be able to come into the United States, set up criminal networks, make money, transfer that money back down to Venezuela or transfer throughout the gang."
Court documents reveal he entered the country unlawfully in Dec. 2023, and a few months later had been hired by the judge’s wife, Nancy, who later offered him a place to stay in the residence she shared with her husband.

⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab is under investigation by the organization he created after a new whistleblower letter alleged financial and ethical misconduct by the longtime leader and his wife.
The anonymous letter was sent last week to the Forum’s board and raised concerns about the Forum’s governance and workplace culture, including allegations that the Schwab family mixed their personal affairs with the Forum’s resources without proper oversight, according to the letter and people familiar with the matter.
It included allegations that Klaus Schwab asked junior employees to withdraw thousands of dollars from ATMs on his behalf and used Forum funds to pay for private, in-room massages at hotels.
It also alleged that his wife Hilde, a former Forum employee, scheduled “token” Forum-funded meetings in order to justify luxury holiday travel at the organization’s expense.
Klaus Schwab in recent days argued against an investigation, telling board members that he denied the unsubstantiated allegations and that he would challenge them in a lawsuit, the people said.
Schwab opted to resign immediately as the chairman, instead of staying on for an extended transition period as previously planned.
The Schwabs said through a spokesman that they deny every allegation in the whistleblower complaint.
To protect their reputation, Klaus Schwab intends to file a lawsuit against whoever is behind the anonymous letter and “anybody who spreads these mistruths,” the spokesman said.
Whenever Schwab charged massages at a hotel to the Forum while on travel, he’d always pay the Forum back, the spokesman said.
Schwab and his wife denied the allegations about luxury travel and withdrawing money.
In a statement, the Forum said its board unanimously supported the decision to initiate an independent investigation “following a whistleblower letter containing allegations against former Chairman Klaus Schwab.
This decision was made after consultation with external legal counsel.”
The Forum said it takes “these allegations seriously, but they remain unproven, and will await the outcome of the investigation to comment further.”
