*Here Naumov makes a reference to a Putin's speech in the beginning of the war. The thing is, among many (though, let's be fair, not all) Ukrainians during USSR there was a huge hate towards the communists, for various reasons. You may hate commies for whatever you want but the fact is, communists built about 99% of Ukrainian universities, schools, hospitals, kindergartens, power plants, railroad stations. So, in February 2022 Putin said the following: "You want decommunization? Well, that suits us just fine", hinting that from now on Russian army will be destroying power plants and other objects of infrastructure of Ukraine, which were given to Ukrainians by communists and which Ukrainians took for granted
