In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
A Hamas leadership delegation, headed by the brother fighter Mohammed Darwish, Chairman of the Movement's Leadership Council, and including the remaining members of the Council, left the Egyptian capital, Cairo, on Saturday evening after holding intensive talks and consultations with Egyptian officials. These discussions addressed the efforts being made to achieve a ceasefire and end the aggressive war against our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, as well as all related issues.
The delegation reviewed the movement's vision for reaching a comprehensive deal that achieves a ceasefire, prisoner exchange, relief, and reconstruction. It was agreed to exert further efforts and continue communication to ensure the success of these efforts.
The meeting also addressed the humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip after two months of a comprehensive siege, with the occupation preventing the entry of aid, food, and medical supplies into the Strip. The meeting also emphasized the need for urgent action to deliver aid and the needs of the Strip's citizens.

♦️ The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine announced that they did not participate in the 15-member PLO Executive Committee today, which saw the hand-picked appointment of Hussein El-Sheikh as the VP of the Palestinian Presidency and the PLO Executive Committee.
This came an extension of their position on the PLO Central Council meeting, where all its representatives withdrew. Ramzi Rubuh, the DFLP representative in the Executive Committee, is the head of the anti-racism department.
The DFLP renewed its call to convene a new Central Council meeting with the participation of all Palestinian factions. Their representative, Ali Faisal, was excluded from organizing the Central Council meeting despite being its Vice President.

🚨🟢 Hamas leader Osama Hamdan to Al-Jazeera:
—
We believed the [PLO] Central Council meeting would unify the Palestinian ranks, but it was below expectations.
I say to Abbas, we are the sons of Al-Qassam, Al-Husseini, and Yassin, and the companions of Sinwar and Haniyeh, and not as you said [sons of dogs].
The attack on the resistance puts a question mark on Abbas's eligibility for the presidency of the Palestinian Authority.
Many opportunities were presented to the Palestinian president to restore cohesion to the Palestinian people, but he obstructed them. We have always overcome political differences with Abbas, but it was regrettable that insults and curses were issued against the resistance while the occupation was venerated.
The only legitimacy during wars is the legitimacy of the resistance.
I have no comment on the decision to choose Hussein Al-Sheikh as Vice President to Abbas. The circumstances of Hussein al-Sheikh's appointment are unclear, and we do not know if things will be resolved or become more complicated.
We are engaged in a national liberation battle with the participation of everyone who adheres to unity and assumes responsibility.
We decided not to respond to any initiative outside the signed agreement to stop the disregard for Palestinian blood.
Any proposal that does not include a comprehensive and final cessation of aggression against our people will not be considered.
We proposed commitment to the agreement signed last January or a comprehensive deal that guarantees complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, opening of crossings, and a long-term truce.
We will not abandon the weapons of resistance as long as the occupation remains.
We adopt the term "cessation of aggression" and do not accept the term "the day after the war" which the enemy promotes. The "day after the war" is a rejected "isaeli" term, and we talk about national consensus after ending the aggression on Gaza.
President Abbas alone is responsible for the reasons for obstructing attempts to mend the rift.
We will deal with any initiative that talks about complete withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, opening of crossings, a just exchange deal, and non-interference in reconstruction.
We have two options: either end the occupation or surrender, and we are committed to ending the occupation to end the suffering of our people.
My message to everyone in a position of responsibility: the occupation that practices killing, destruction, and displacement wants a land without people, so either we surrender to it or resist it.

🚨🟢 Multiple sources in Hamas confirmed to Ultra Palestine that the Hamas delegation arrived in Cairo today carrying a position that was agreed upon by all Palestinian factions.
Accordingly, that position hinges on three "red lines": the resistance’s weapons, a comprehensive deal, and ending the war.
The sources added that the military wings in Gaza recommended not returning to "tried-and-failed partial deals," as these do not guarantee an end to the war, withdrawal, opening of crossings, aid entry, or prisoner exchange.
Regarding the resistance's military capabilities after nearly 2 years of war, a Hamas leader stated: "Anyone who advises against partial deals and refuses disarmament is, without doubt, prepared for the longest possible confrontation and steadfastness."
Another Hamas leader indicated optimism about the proposal, given that the mediators and Americans already knew Hamas' position. Hamas conveyed clearly that "weapons are a red line" to the mediators. However, a leadership source added that they are willing to discuss a truce of four years or longer, "as long as the weapons issue is not raised before a political track toward ending the occupation exists, and the truce meets the resistance’s four well-known conditions from the war’s outset."
He added, "Weapons can be discussed after the occupation ends and handed over within a national army—or whatever framework is agreed—but as long as the occupation remains and Gaza is under attack, we will not accept any formula for negotiating weapons."
The source added that Hamas does not wish to continue administering the Gaza Strip, preferring a nationally agreed government or the Community Support Committee. Hamas is also prepared for a prisoner exchange deal, provided it is in full, not piecemeal.
The source added that Hamas raised its demands after past rounds in which maximal flexibility from Hamas was interpreted by the "israeli" negotiators as weakness, compelling the movement to put matters “in their proper context” to counter plans where concessions are considered dangerous.
The delegation currently in Cairo is of the highest level of leadership in the Hamas movement (Mohammed Darwish, Khaled Meshal, Khalil Al-Hayya, Zaher Jabareen, and Nizar Awadallah). This delegation, according to the source, holds the status of "decision maker," not a delegation that seeks to discuss technical or formal details.
