Federal judge requires Dept. of Ed. to restart discriminating against whites immediately

That's the 48th of Trump's decisions blocked by federal judges by my count.
Last night, the Supreme Court said that Trump can't use the Alien Enemies Act to deport anyone. Essentially, they ruled 7-2 that the US will never be a country, no matter how we vote, it's time to admit that the US is a failed experiment. Trump won't be able to replace enough justices to fix SCOTUS, so the only escape is to convince the Texas legislature to give Texans a vote on independence. Without TX, no conservative presidents, so all red states would want to secede

Everyone who attends a Trump rally should chant "martial law"

Here's a list of 44 of Trump's decisions blocked by federal judges in 3 months

The US is not a nation. It's 2 (or more) nations striving to avoid being ruled by the other one.

CALEXITNOW dot ORG, the California independence movement, has gathered a jaw-dropping number of signatures to force independence onto the state ballot

Yes, they need to increase the rate of collection, but this deserves media coverage, which will help
250th anniversary of Lexington & Concord is this April 19. In 1774, by intimidation and violence, town militias had permanently expelled or deposed every representative of the Crown from Massachusetts, except in Boston.

Today, DC is worse than the Crown. We must help the Texas Nationalist Movement and FreeLouisiana.org lead the red states out of the Union.

Texan crypto bros and gold bugs, leave a comment for the committee!

Yes they count how many are in favor or opposed, and very few comments are received! Only 2 people showed up to testify yesterday. Don't make that mistake this time.

This prepares Texas for independence!

HJR 175 by Gerdes – Proposing a constitutional amendment relating to the right to own, hold, and use a mutually agreed upon medium of exchange, has a hearing before the Pensions, Investments & Financial Services committee on Monday, April 14, 2025.
Take a minute or two and leave a comment in support. https://comments.house.texas.gov/home?c=c395
Texans, tell your House member to vote yes! and tell the Speaker of the House Burrows to let them vote! Find contact info for your state (not federal) legislators here: https://wrm.capitol.texas.gov/home
Today, an Indiana Senate committee approved an amended version of the "Greater Indiana" bill by a party-line vote of 7-2, so it's headed to the full Senate for a vote. As amended, it creates the committee, which will make a report, whether Illinois agrees or not. The IN/IL state line can't legally move without both states' approval.

But now it appears that Indiana is willing to put a little pressure on Illinois. How far will Indiana go to push Illinois' tyrannical government to listen to southern/central Illinois?

Certainly no battle of the cornfields is in the offing under current conditions. Perhaps Illinois will give up its downstate to escape from a future state government debt crisis?

The link in bio has articles about relocating this state line.

Hoosiers: tell your Indiana senator you support HB 1008 this week because the vote will come within a few days.

Help conservative communities escape blue-state governors and move their bad laws farther from our counties.
Call Texas House speaker Dustin "RINO" Burrows to give these important bills a vote. They're very important for Texas sovereignty. (512) 463-0542.

HB 3592 by Phelan – restrictions on political contributions by out-of-state contributors was reported favorably as substituted by a vote of 15-0 yesterday.
HB 1056 by Dorazio – Transactional Gold was favorably reported out of the State Affairs committee w/o amendment by a vote of 10-5 yesterday.

The delayed vote on both bills means they will arrive at the Calendars committee past the point where they are certain to get a vote on the House floor.

Get ready for another round of "We ran out of time."
"Greater Indiana" bill passes Indiana Legislature
INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Senate passed a bill 36-13 today that, if signed by the governor, will create a commission to study the possibility of a relocation of the Illinois/Indiana state line. The bill, HB 1008 “Indiana-Illinois Boundary Adjustment Commission,” was amended by the Senate and so awaits assent from the House, which passed the original version of the bill 69-25 in February. The amendment allows the commission to issue reports even if Illinois does not pass a similar bill.

Illinois Representative Brad Halbrook has introduced HB 1500, a bill that would complement HB 1008 by supplying Illinois representatives to the bi-state commission, but it is languishing in the Rules Committee of the Illinois House.

New essay from us: How a federation of red states would differ from the US https://redstatesecession.org/how-a-federation-of-red-states-would-differ-from-the-us/
Limiting out-of-state political contributions is needed to limit the campaign against Texas independence when it's finally on the ballot. Texas HB 3592 will do that. The State Affairs committee will hold a hearing on it April 9. Call the chair to allow a vote, and convince the members of the committee to vote yes.
Here are the members of the committee: https://capitol.texas.gov/Committees/Membership.aspx
If you can't make the trek to Austin to testify in person, you can leave an official online comment in the committee's portal here: https://comments.house.texas.gov/home?c=c450

Of course, one tends to think that people who disagree with one are less intelligent. Both red & blue assume this of the other.

But progressive ideology is that "experts must rule, not the people." So they can't afford to acknowledge that their enemies are wise or smart.

Mickey 17 trailer tricked me into paying to see this contribution to "the Resistance" to Trump. Both movies are big-budget, good acting & effects. I'm jealous how much Hollywood bestows on "The Resistance."

Having Lefty Mark Ruffalo in the trailer was a red flag that it might be a Lefty movie, but didn't have time to vet the movie before going. My wife thought it was the worst ever, but I'd give it a C.

Trump is not mentioned by name in the film. Actually the character is a mix of Trump and a tele-evangelist. I don't think the government can put the producers in jail.

But I'll certainly blame them if someone takes Trump out.

The Left has a dangerous belief that the Right only exists because our presidential candidates exist. If they could just take out the few conservatives that they hear about, then the Right wouldn't exist anymore

Truth is: they need to let the red states secede

I just find funny that political message of “we are the aliens not this creatures that might be ugly but they are friendly”

Rotten Tomatoes gets few votes anymore, so don't trust them. Try Criticless

Whoever has stock in Warner Bros or Plan B should sue the CEO for making a film that's a $200M contribution to the anti-Trump resistance, not a real attempt at making money for the owners
• Production budget — $118M
• Marketing budget — $80M
• Needs to make over $275M to break even

An excellent bill will be voted on tomorrow by all the Texas House of Representatives. Use this link to send an email to all of the Republicans members in one click!

HB 796 Provides streamlined approach for the Texas legislature to formally declare that specific acts of the federal government are unconstitutional. Creates a standing legislative committee to review federal actions for constitutionality. The full legislature votes on declared unconstitutional acts and the governor reviews. Federal actions subject to Texas review are legislation, regulations, executive orders, federal judicial orders or decisions, and treaty enforcement.

Another section creates an ability for citizens impacted by unconstitutional federal action to file a declaratory action in Texas courts reviewing the constitutionality of federal acts without deference to precedent and using originalist analysis.

Once an act is declared unconstitutional, Texas law enforcement can arrest and prosecute federal agents who attempt enforcement action under the color of declared unconstitutional acts under the Texas penal code, including explicitly, the Texas Official Oppression Act (Texas Penal Code 39.03).

The act explicitly states that this bill does not prohibit a public officer who has taken the oath from interposing to stop acts of the federal government which in the officer’s best understanding and judgment, violate the Constitution.

So far, since early 2020, 33 counties of Illinois have passed non-binding referendums calling for separation from Illinois. No county has voted down such a referendum, and the election results average 74%. The counties are in central and southern Illinois, and most are rural. Central and southern Illinois, with a population of 2.8 million, gave 1.7 votes to President Trump for every 1 vote for Hillary Clinton in 2016, which is even more than Indiana did. Illinois currently has 102 counties.

Illinois’ state budget is primarily dependent on personal income tax, and so would benefit from the loss of southern and central Illinois, according to an analysis published at RedStateSecession.org. However, the analysis shows that certain groups of counties would be a financial benefit to Indiana, such as the eastern half of central Illinois with 1.1 million people, because they have a higher average income than Indiana does. The analysis also proposes that, if Indiana wanted to take a larger group of counties, then Indiana might want to design legislation that would require the whole group of counties to pay their share of Indiana’s state’s taxes.

During debate, Sen. Shelli Yoder (D - Bloomington) cited a Ball State tabulation that found that the 33 counties that have already voted to split Illinois would be the second-lowest income state in the country if they were a state. However, Sen Scott Baldwin (R - Noblesville), said that the economies of the counties would grow under Indiana’s low regulation, low-tax business environment: “the grass is always greener on the other side is what I hear a lot, but really the grass is always greener where you water it. We water it here in Indiana, that’s why 33 counties want to come here. Indiana is open for business.”

Moving a state line might be more palatable to Congress and to Illinois than creating a new state, which would add two Republicans to the US Senate. Although Illinois officials dismissed the idea this year, a debt crisis could force Illinois to reconsider the option, as relocating state lines could provide an immediate influx of cash to state coffers.

When you think of red-state people, do you think of the hicks Hollywood shows you? What about the metro areas of over 2M people labelled here?

Few people in either half of America are truly rural. Small or mid-size town, suburban is the bulk. Factories, engineers, universities.
Today we're up to 39 of Trump's decisions blocked by federal judges. See list:

Let the blue states have DC judges. We can have our own judges if we help the Texas Nationalist Movement or @FreeLouisiana kick off a National Divorce
Warning: Hollywood made another Trump assassination & coup fantasy movie, but "Mickey 17" now in theaters doesn't have the redeeming features of the other one: "Civil War"

Amusingly, the story of Mickey 17 is predicated on the assumption that Trump would lose in 2024! The producers had to swallow their pride & release the movie even though he didn't, because the scenes had already been shot. It was intended to dunk on Trump's failure

Mickey 17 tries to lift up the status of, and teach you to desire, organizing politically to take down Trump, and having sexual relationships with black women

I realized that libs think Trump is dumb because he's not a wordcel. He enjoys spending time with blue-collar types and uses their vocabulary. Libs never evaluate his intelligence based on his accomplishments and good choices

Wordcels look over a lot of tech geniuses this way
