Hi Craig,
I have started taking cold pressed extra virgin olive oil.
Can't believe the difference this has made to my aching joints.
The oil contains polyphenols which are more abundant in extra virgin olive oil & helps with osteoarthritis & supposedly can make you look 10 years younger..

Sometimes swelling can be due to bacterial infection of the blood. A systemic antibiotic may help. Ask at your local pharmacy if you suspect bacterial infection.

If you had no symptoms after you got the jabs, you are probably fine. The best way to be 100% sure is to do some testing. Florian Schilling provides an overview of some tests at the end of this excellent video (it's from around 9 months ago and might need some time until it loads). In my opinion it deserves much more views, but for people who got the jabs it might be a hard thing to swallow:
