JUST IN - A 23-year-old Syrian man stabbed multiple passers-by in Villach, Austria. According to the police, a 14-year-old died.

High security measures were necessary on Thursday to prevent a serial offender from West Africa from attacking those around him in court.
As Bild reports, the 30-year-old from Guinea-Bissau had to be secured with steel handcuffs, a spit and bite hood and 20 judicial officers when he was put on trial at the Lüneburg District Court.
Despite this, he repeatedly rioted during the trial, insulting the judge and others present.
