Today is the anniversary of the horrific terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall. 22.03.2024...
This barbaric crime shook the entire world.
In the very first minutes and hours of the tragedy, officials and ordinary people from different countries and corners of the globe expressed their solidarity with our country and our people, showed support. Compassionate people across all continents, as well as Russian compatriots and friends, extended their heartfelt condolences, brought flowers and paid tribute to the victims – adults and children alike left toys and flowers at Russian diplomatic missions abroad.
The world mourned the victims together, as one.
Condolences from abroad continued to pour in for a long time and are still being received to this day.
March 24, 2024, was declared a national day of mourning in Russia. State flags were lowered on the main building of the Russian Foreign Ministry and at Russian diplomatic missions worldwide.
At the Ministry and Russian embassies, condolence books were opened, and Russian diplomats lined up to donate blood for the victims of the attack.
On March 30, 2024, a ceremony was held to lay flowers at the makeshift memorial near Crocus City Hall, attended by members of the diplomatic corps.
Meanwhile, Western media – having lost all sense of morality and decency – cynically exploited the terrorist attack to speculate about interethnic relations in Russia while simultaneously attempting to whitewash the terrorists. We responded with an Anti-Fake, documenting the most outrageous and unethical publications.
Detailed factual information was also provided about the attack and the course of the investigation, along with a summary of terrorist attacks committed in previous years, attacks orchestrated with the involvement of Ukrainian special services, and the role of the Western mainstream media.

Today, a memorial was unveiled at the site of the tragedy in Krasnogorsk – a black granite stele standing opposite the concert hall. It bears the image of white cranes.
The Investigative Committee of Russia has announced that “the investigation of 19 individuals accused of terrorist crimes has been completed. They remain in custody and are currently reviewing case materials.”
Based on the collected evidence, the investigation has concluded that the terrorist attack was planned and orchestrated by the security services of an unfriendly state with the aim of destabilising the situation in Russia. Members of an international terrorist organisation were recruited to carry it out.

✍️ В этот день в 1996 году был подписан Договор об образовании Сообщества России и Белоруссии, послуживший первым шагом к созданию Союзного государства России и Белоруссии.
Уже через год в силу вступил Договор о союзе России и Белоруссии, а 8 декабря 1999 года был заключён Договор о создании Союзного государства.
🤝 На сегодняшний день в рамках Союзного государства реализуются программы в области промышленности, энергетики, информационных технологий и т.д. Denis Moskalenko, Consul General of Russia in Edinburgh, presented David Todd Stirling with the commemorative medal "80 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945". David Todd Stirling lives in the town of Greenock, and he is already 103 years old. Despite this, he clearly remembers his participation in the Arctic convoys on the corvette Snowflake, which repeatedly engaged in battle with German submarines in 1942.

On behalf of President of Russia Vladimir Putin, the jubilee medal "80 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War 1941-1945" was presented to Ernest Robertson. He was born and lives in Aberdeen, and is already 101 years old. During the Second World War, he was a gunner on the destroyer Montrose, which provided escort for several Arctic convoys. He recalls the extreme weather conditions in which the sailors had to operate – even anti-aircraft guns often could not withstand low temperatures and failed, but Mr Robertson understood the importance of the task and was proud to help the Soviet Union fighting the fascists.

💌 В поступающих в КД и загранучреждения МИД России обращениях граждане нередко интересуются возможностью оформления повторных документов о рождении, заключении и расторжении брака,установлении отцовства, усыновлении (удочерении), перемене имени, смерти, первоначально выданных дипломатическими представительствами, консульскими учреждениями СССР, а также органами ЗАГС при советских военных комендатурах на территории иностранных государств.

В этой связи обращаем внимание на то, что все записи актов гражданского состояния, составленные в упомянутых советских учреждениях до 1978 года включительно, находятся на хранении в Управлении ЗАГС Министерства социального развития Московской области (143407, Московская область, г. Красногорск, б-р Строителей, д. 7), а начиная с 1979 года – в Архивно-информационном отделе Управления ЗАГС Москвы (101000, г. Москва, Малый Харитоньевский пер., д. 10).
При этом в соответствии с законодательством сведения об актах гражданского состояния включаются в Единый государственный реестр ЗАГС (ЕГР ЗАГС).
📄 Граждане, заинтересованные в получении повторных документов об актах гражданского состояния, зарегистрированных в советских/российских консульских учреждениях, могут обращаться в любой орган ЗАГС либо МФЦ на территории Российской Федерации.
🌍 Заявителям, проживающим за рубежом, содействие в истребовании из России повторных документов ЗАГС оказывают российские дипломатические представительства и консульские учреждения в порядке, утвержденном приказом МИД России и Минюста России.

🇷🇺🇬🇧 В контексте празднования 80-летия Великой Победы Посол России в Великобритании Андрей Келин и Генеральный консул России в Эдинбурге Денис Москаленко возложили венок и цветы к памятнику участникам Северных конвоев 1941-1945 гг. в шотландском поселке Лайнесс (о.Хой, Оркнейские острова).
Мемориал в виде двух каменных плит, напоминающих очертаниями нос корабля, был установлен в 2009 году в бухте Скапа-Флоу. Именно здесь во времена Великой Отечественной войны формировались "морские" Северные конвои, доставлявшие стратегические грузы в порты Советского Союза.

✍️ #OTD in 1996, they signed a treaty on the formation of the Community of Russia and Belarus, which served as the first step towards the creation of the Union State of Russia and Belarus.
The Treaty on the Union of Russia and Belarus came into force a year later, and on December 8, 1999, the Treaty on the Creation of the Union State was signed.
🤝 Today, the Union State implements programmes in industry, energy and IT, to name a few. Trade between Russia and Belarus grows at record high rates every year, given the considerable degree of mutual complementarity of their economies.

В числе награжденных памятной медалью "80 лет Победы в Великой Отечественной войне 1941-1945 гг." - Дэвид Дансмуир, проживающий в столице Шотландии Эдинбурге. Он был призван на флот в 18 лет в 1943 году и служил на крейсере «Диадем», который сопровождал пять Северных конвоев. Хотя он участвовал и в других операциях британского флота, именно этот период службы оставил в его душе самый яркий след. Он живо интересовался тем, знает ли молодежь в России о Северных конвоях. Генеральный консул заверил его, что в нашей стране бережно хранят память об этой героической странице общей истории и стремятся передать ее последующим поколениям.

On March 16, the national qualifying round of the international competition for young readers "Living Classics" was held in Scotland for the ninth time. This year, the event, which brought together more than forty participants aged three and up from Aberdeen, Glasgow and other cities and towns in the region, was held in its capital, Edinburgh. Children aged ten and up competed for the main prizes in reading prose by Russian and Soviet writers. Other participants tried their hand at reading poetry. The children demonstrated a high level of preparation and coped with the task perfectly, although some of them study Russian as a foreign language. All participants received souvenirs and books as gifts from the event organizers, as well as from the Consulate General of Russia in Edinburgh.

Каким образом можно засвидетельствовать верность перевода документа в консульстве❔
1. Согласно Основам законодательства Российской Федерации о нотариате консульские должностные лица могут свидетельствовать верность перевода документов с одного языка на другой при условии владения соответствующими языками.
При этом взимаемый за совершение данного действия консульский сбор будет зависеть от количества страниц документа.
2. Если консул не владеет иностранным языком, на котором составлен документ, перевод может быть сделан переводчиком, подпись которого консул нотариально свидетельствует.
Это уже другое нотариальное действие, консульский сбор за которое взимается по фиксированной ставке без привязки к количеству страниц.
❕Что важно помнить:
▫️Подпись проставляется переводчиком в присутствии консульского должностного лица, т.е. явка переводчика в загранучреждение обязательна.
▫️Квалификация переводчика в обязательном порядке должна быть подтверждена. Соответствующий закон вступил в силу в прошлом году.
В этих целях он может предъявить, например, документ, подтверждающий статус переводчика, либо наличие образования, соответствующего области профессиональной переводческой деятельности, либо образования по иной специальности, не связанной с переводческой, которое при этом подтверждает владение иностранным языком на достаточном уровне.
Такие документы должны соответствовать нормам законодательства иностранного государства, в котором они были выданы, либо нормам законодательства государства пребывания российского загранучреждения, в которое обращается переводчик.
Законодательством предусмотрена возможность представления переводчиками и иных документов (дополнительные разъяснения по данному вопросу можно получить в посольстве или консульстве).

1418 stands for the exact number of days that the Great Patriotic War lasted.
🌐 This year, the game has gained international status and will be held in an online format, giving participants from around the world the opportunity to challenge their knowledge, logic, and quick thinking.
Anyone can join, but only players who meet the following criteria will be eligible to compete for prizes:

✅ Managed to assemble a team of 3 to 10 members;
✅ Demonstrate speed, wit and erudition.

2. Oil and gas pipelines and storage facilities, including pumping stations.
3. Electricity generation and transmission infrastructure, including power plants, substations, transformers, and distribution facilities.
4. Nuclear power plants.
5. Hydroelectric dams.

🔹In the event of a violation of the moratorium by either party, the other party has the right to consider itself free from obligations to comply with it.
