Dissident Soaps is apparently an enjoyer of the 1857 Mountain Meadows Massacre, in which a Mormon militia murdered 120+ White settlers from a wagon train en route from Arkansas to California.
It was an especially cowardly attack: after disguising themselves as Indians in the initial ambush, they presented themselves as rescuers in order to breach the settler’s defenses. Once the settlers let their guard down, everyone over the age of six was slaughtered. The younger children were adopted by Mormon households. The Mormons also acquired hundreds of cattle and a large amount of money in the process.
This is a very strange thing to defend. Dissident Soaps has only mentioned Mormons a few times before, and hasn’t given any previous indication that he’s Mormon himself.
