Josef Heisler was a Czech journalist and Soviet defector who, later in his life, wrote several books on the threat of Communism in the West.
He is most likely the Soviet official whom B'nai B'rith columnist David Weissman was referring to when he stated "A former Soviet General claims that Joseph Stalin is of Jewish ancestry" in 1953. [Reference]
In 1932, Heisler began using the pseudonym "Joseph Bernard Hutton" as he fled to Britain after being exiled from former Czechoslovakia. It is currently unclear when exactly he defected from the Soviet Union.
Heisler stated in his book 'The Private Life of Joseph Stalin' that “the name Dzhugashvili discloses that Stalin had Jewish blood in his veins. He neither confirmed nor denied this. How many generations ago the Dzhugashvili-Stalin family practised the Jewish faith is difficult to say.”

Many underestimate or overlook the influences on Hitler's Mein Kampf, but upon closer inspection, the book is loaded with biblical references from both the old and new testaments.
On the first page of Mein Kampf, which dwells on Hitler's plans for the annexation of Austria into the greater Motherland, he says the phrase “The plow will then become the sword, and the tears of war will produce our daily bread for generations to come.”
This sentiment is taken partly from the Old Testament (Joel 3:10 "Beat your plowshares into swords", see Isaiah 2:4) and the New Testament, specifically the sermon on the mount (Matthew 6:11 "Give us this day our daily bread").

Alfred Rosenberg's mythus was not endorsed by the NSDAP
Before Hitler secured power in Germany, Alfred Rosenberg independently published his new book 'The Myth of the Twentieth Century' in 1930. Due to its harsh anti-Church/anti-ecclesiastical material, this sparked some confusion with the Vatican. However, it was later explained by Hitler as early as 1932 that the publishing of the book occurred without his knowledge:
“...the publication of Rosenberg’s Mythus, which happened without my knowledge, was inadvisable.”

Thus, the Holy See was immediately informed early on that:
"...the Chancellor [Hitler] expressed his opinion of Rosenberg's views by saying that his book [The Myth of the 20th Century], which had been placed on the INDEX OF FORBIDDEN BOOKS, had no cultural value and that its high circulation was due solely to the opposition of the German bishops. The Chancellor himself never shared the theses of this book. But the German episcopate has unjustifiably made them the basis of the National Socialist program and has therefore anathematized them. The Chancellor CANNOT be held responsible for this.”

Nietzsche, the supposed philosopher of National Socialism, managed to write on a postcard in 1889 that his debt owed to society was exterminating Anti-Semites:
