Today Jairo Jaime Tinajero, 25, of Kentucky, United States, plead guilty to a series of charges in relation to online activity in a group named "764".
The court details are pretty bad. In summary, Mr. Tinajero and a currently unidentified co-conspirator enticed an underage woman to produce CSAM (child sexual abuse material) for them. When the victim refused to produce more CSAM, Mr. Tinajero and the co-conspirator decided to murder the victim.
Court details show Mr. Tinajero discussing the murder on Telegram and Mr. Tinajero trying to recruit others on Telegram to assist in the murder of the underage victim.
No information is available on how the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation retrieved his private Telegram messages between other people.
Due to the severity of the crimes Mr. Tinajero is being charged with the following:
- Racketeering Conspiracy (20 years)
- Online Enticement (10 years)
- Production of child sexual abuse material (x3) (15 - 30 years per count)
- Distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) (x3) (5 years - 30 years per count)
- Interstate communications of threats (x5) (5 years per count)
- Cyberstalking (5 years)
- Conspiracy to murder in aid of racketeering (10 years)
Due to the severity of the crimes, and a plea deal, Mr. Tinajero is applicable for additional sentencing under U.S.S.G. § 3A1.4 n. 4. This charge means Mr. Tinajero (in some capacity) aided or promoted terrorism which enhances his sentencing. If the charge is applied, this would add an additional 75 years - life.
Mr. Tinajero is facing (at maximum), 3 life sentences, or 325 years in prison.

Marko Elez deleted his shitposting X account in December, the same month he applied for the position at DOGE. Hundreds of his tweets were archived before it was deleted, including (paraphrased) tweets like "all the H1B Indians have to go back" and "I hope they glass Gaza and Israel." Yes, he used a pseudonym, but he initially posted as "marko_elez" on that same account. A simple, silly slip-up that has caused his career to evaporate. Whether the speech is "protected" or not doesn't really matter.
"Just work a job you can't be fired from" is a common retort I hear. It's a hell of a cope. Even as your own boss, people can choose to not buy from you or use your services. There is a difference between being a based NEET collecting juicy disability payouts from the VA to support your lifestyle... and being stuck at your parents' with no real influence or income.
Now it is a double-edged sword. Those who cannot delay gratification or control their impulses have a greater risk of being exposed. Doxing may make them back down, or it may radicalize them even further. Any connections and training made can’t be as easily undone. If you don't have career prospects or dependents that rely on you, you've got nothing else to lose. If you've made it up the ladder, you're likely to be more useful there, even if all you do is fund the boys' "camping trips".
tl;dr — Shooting yourself in the foot with shitty OPSEC can cost you an incredible position of power and the means to provide for your kin and our people.
