Russia’s Investigative Committee has said the improvised explosive device planted inside the car was packed with metal fragments for additional lethality.

All hostilities are stopped for this period.
Russia believes that the Ukrainian side should follow this example.
In the event of violations of the truce by the Ukrainian side, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will give an adequate and effective response.

As águas profundas da Baía de Chancay podem acomodar os maiores navios de carga do mundo – de 18.000 a 24.000 TEUs – e garantir travessias regulares do Pacífico em 23 dias, 12 dias a menos do que as rotas atuais.
