𖦹 🥞 payment methods:
payments are accepted only through qris and dana. any other payment methods won’t be accepted. all payments must be made upfront before the order is processed. customers are required to provide proof of payment without editing or cropping.
𖦹 🧂 form and estimation:
at the time of ordering, the format sent must be clear and filled out without exceptions. (the format is sent only once, no spamming—except when there is no response within one hour.) if there is a discrepancy in the order due to the buyer’s mistake, i won’t accept protest. additionally, non-rush jobs have an estimated completion time of 1 to 14 days depending on the queue. if you require a rush order, please confirm with the seller first to ensure availability. rush orders will only be accepted if the seller agrees.
𖦹 🥝 revision:
minor revisions (small adjustments, slight modifications) are allowed up to three times free-charge. if the customer requests more minor revisions, fee of 500 idr / revision will be applied. major revisions (significant changes that alter the original order) will be considered a new order and must be paid for again, unless the mistake is on the seller’s part.
