The Ministry of Health has finally responded to the letter from the NORTH group, which is calling for a ban on mRNA technology (https://northgroup.info/ ).
State Secretary Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marija Bubaš, Prim. Dr. Med., signed the letter (video infodemic).
After an international initiative from 24 countries, supported by doctors, scientists and politicians, called for a ban on mRNA gene therapy, which they call the C19 vaccine (https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1F2u1GPmum/ ), we received a response (https://bit.ly/NORTHodgovor ).
In short, they are shifting the responsibility to HALMED and EMA.
Two years ago, I exchanged long letters with HALMED precisely on the topic of the letter, which is the contamination of C19 injections with DNA and SV40 plasmids. I finally received a response in which, contrary to Ms. Bubaš's claims, they confirm that they did not check a single vial that they imported into Croatia and administered in over 5.4 million doses to more than 70% of the adult population.
In the letter, they state:
"Article 114 of Directive 2001/83, which was transposed into the Medicines Act (Article 175), does not allow additional quality checks of batches released to the Croatian market if they have been tested by another competent authority in the EU."

The EMA, on the other hand, is currently inundated with thousands of requests from concerned European citizens for transparency on this important topic, which you can join here (https://www.facebook.com/share/p/15zE7jQwjQ/ ). This clearly shows that relying on this institution in this case is not a reference that should be relied upon.
In fact, the conflict of interest of the EMA is clear because, along with very suspicious bodies established by the pharmaceutical companies themselves, it is managed in a corrupt manner by the chairwoman herself, Ms. Emer Cook.
