Wow, it turns out the former head of the FBI's counterintelligence in New York, Charles McGonigal, was sentenced to over two years in prison for taking $225,000 from an individual with ties to the Albanian government while he was still at the FBI! This is the same guy who was involved in the Trump-Russia investigation. Talk about irony - he was supposed to be investigating foreign interference but was actually colluding with foreign entities himself!
And this isn't his only crime; he also got 50 months for violating U.S. sanctions on Russia. No wonder the FBI turned a blind eye to Hillary Clinton's money laundering crimes - McGonigal was out of the New York office, which was pivotal in her investigations too. As an FBI whistleblower, I've seen the evidence documents on Clinton. Makes you wonder how deep this corruption goes within our own agencies.
It's clear now why some investigations seemed to go nowhere - when those in charge are corrupt, justice gets twisted. The FBI needs a serious cleanup if we're to trust them again. #CorruptionInFBI #JusticeForAll
