Any pose that looks general and appeared in projects/arts/photos can be used in your practice/work without any doubts. 👏
You don't need permission to use pose references. Because any pose that you can imagine was pictured before. Human body have limited range of movement. No one can privatize poses that are limited by human anatomy. 🪑
Other question - if you do full copy of pose/angle/body type from 1 picture without adding anything interesting. This is absolutely 100% good if you do practice from ref to improve your skills. But when we talk about comms or something that will be claimed as your creation - this is boring (not criminal). As addition to this you can get spam from crazy psychopaths on twitter that have 0 clue about topic, but talking like you owe them your life. 💢
In conclusion, I can strongly recommend to read a very small book called
