China, Japan, South Korea and the countries of ASEAN just issued a joint statement in which they take a unified stance against "escalating trade protectionism", a clear reference to Trump's tariffs.
They write that their common "policy priority" is "to reinforce long-term resilience" of the region, which given the policies they detail clearly means building financial and trade infrastructure that aims at reducing their exposure to the US.
The statement outlines a comprehensive strategy to strengthen trade between the signatories, enhance local currency bond markets and reduce dependence on Western financial institutions (via, for instance, the expansion of the Chiang Mai Initiative Multilateralisation, CMIM).
Particularly notable is their explicit support for the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) - the world's largest trade agreement that includes all the signatories but not the US.
All in all, Trump is achieving the unthinkable: bringing East and Southeast Asia together in an economic bloc that seeks to derisk itself from America.

Habits that will change your life:
- Shortening the window to having the difficult conversations that will free you of the obligations spiritually trapping you
- Developing an "energy generation" routine you can always fall back on to generate more genuine energy, whenever you want
- Alchemizing/articulating the "infinite slop haze" of unhashed ideas/obligations floating around in your mind into a dialed-in/focused list of "this is what this is, this is what this means to me, and this is what i'm doing about it". Then running all open loops through that process so they die in the notepad & are reborn into clear, pragmatic steps forward
- Shortening your tolerance window with people's bad / unwanted behaviors. U know ur life is great when it's a 1-strike policy
- Seeding 3-5 sidequests (each with their own little goals) that make you happy & act as recharges for the mainquest. Active rest (aka having fun) often grips deeper & purifies harder/pierces into the CNS then doing nothing - especially if ur not a bot
- Becoming hyper-aware of what very specific type of data/information "ruins your psyche" & curating your social experience to avoid those entirely while flooding your feed with whatever makes you feel great. Also becoming hyper-aware that social media is a show + not falling for the marketing psyops (it's all a marketing psyop, nothing is accurate or represented properly, belie' dat)
- Making an actual "1st step" towards your dream life. Zero logic. Zero reason why "it can't happen". Simply asking yourself "what would get me 1 step closer to my dream?" & then ACTUALLY just taking that step & completing a "mini version" of it in the micro. Then doing that again & again again. U want 2 start event biz? Host 1 event with 3 people. Fuck it. Get it done "sloppily", learn, then soar

This will be an overview, and future videos will zoom in a bit on specific peoples and time periods (I'm working on a Scythians video as I write this), and be more detailed and specific. Long story short, much of what we call civilization seems to spring from a relatively singular genetic and cultural root, which proceeded to disperse across the globe in waves, and it seems their tracks are being buried, obfuscated. I sincerely hope this encourages others to begin digging with open eyes.

Global wine production, for instance, reached its high point of 37.5 million metric tons—equivalent to around 50 billion bottles—back in 1979. Since then, it has dropped by roughly 27%, despite years of promotion around the supposed health benefits of a daily glass of red. Beer may have crested too. The amount brewed worldwide has dipped about 2.6% from its peak of 190 million tons in 2016—roughly half a trillion bottles.
Include spirits and other alcoholic beverages, and the picture becomes even more subdued. Market research firm IWSR reports a marked decline in per-person alcohol consumption—from 5 liters of pure alcohol per adult per year in 2013 to 3.9 liters in 2023. Apply population data to those figures, and it appears global alcohol consumption peaked in 2016 at 25.4 billion liters—a drop of about 13% since then.
“This has been a story of gradual, long-term moderation,” says Richard Halstead, IWSR’s head of consumer insights. “We’re seeing a generational transition—from older drinkers who regularly consumed inexpensive alcohol with meals, to younger adults in their 20s and 30s whose drinking is more occasional and socially driven.”
