Those who consider atheism a product of modernity should study history, especially (but not exclusively) of Ancient Greece. Take the case of a 5th c. philosopher Diagoras of Melos. He was branded an atheist after saying that since iniquity and injustice exist Gods don’t. In other words, he judged the Gods like other philosophers did before and after him. But unlike most Diagoras went even further since on top of slanderous words he committed other crimes. Most notably Diagoras used an idol of Herakles as firewood telling the God to perform his 13th labour by cooking turnips. A reward was offered for killing Diagoras but he managed to escape.

One has to wonder occasionally, if that bottom left 'vine'-line is mostly from a massive asteroid, or if it's artificial.

I pray for the post peat vapor canopy era to rejuvenate our tired bodies. Need to live up to at least 500. This short lifespan is unnatural.
I do think we’re at the end stages of this hard-mode dungeon and I like to look at it as a great opportunity to gain experience points. I think you ought to strive to become as much as you can be in a healthy and playful way.

Modernist / brutalist / minimalist / cubist / Bauhaus architectural edifices are little more than monuments to our collective Ethnocivilizational conquest by foreign entities that use this "new architecture" as a predatory/malevolent/subversive humiliation ritual of the indigenous citizenry.

Atmospheric Speculations & Immortality
How people potentially lived for centuries:
Dr. Peat speculated a big factor to increased health and longevity at high altitude is the lower oxygen pressure and increased CO2 causing the so called “lactate paradox”. (R)
There’ve been examples of animals surviving for centuries because they’d been incapsulated in a very high CO2 environment.
Breathing pure oxygen lowers the oxygen content of tissues; breathing rarefied air, or air with carbon dioxide, oxygenates and energizes the tissues; if this seems upside down, it's because medical physiology has been taught upside down. And respiratory physiology holds the key to the special functions of all the organs, and to many of their basic pathological changes. (R)
- Ray Peat
There’s enough evidence to show that a little over 4000 years ago, during the previous vapor canopy, the atmosphere was very different: CO2 levels were over 3000 to 9000ppm compared to today’s 420ppm.
A few centuries ago the CO2 bottomed out at round 175ppm. (Plants die around 150ppm).
O2 levels used to be >30% but currently sit around 21%. (People start having cognitive issues around 19%).
So what was going on when the CO2 levels were over 3000ppm?
- Increased humidity
- No deserts
- Mega flora
- Huge animals
- Giant people
- Increased conductivity
- Increased metabolism
- Healthier & longer lives
What not many take into consideration is the increased atmospheric electricity at higher altitudes:
For every 1 meter you go up in the air, the voltage increases by about 100V and paired with higher humidity, interesting things happen. St. Elmo’s Fire is a good example.
We also know that negatively charged air, or ionized air has health benefits.
Now stack all of this on top of each other, including electrofield technology and a clear picture starts to form.
We can speculate that in such an atmosphere it would be difficult to kill someone, your metabolism would be so high, you could regenerate entire limbs.
A single breath would sustain you for ten minutes. Individuals would possess superhuman strength and significantly enhanced brainpower. Diseased bodies would need to be incinerated to prevent them from turning into soulless, zombie-like organisms. Genetic material in a bottle imbued with intention could grow homunculi… etcetera.
This is what things might’ve looked like in one version of the past and provides a glimpse into our future potential.

Human sacrifices as a means of expiation were not unknown to the earliest Greek and Roman worship, and continued in certain cases (e.g. at the feast of the Lyman Zeus and of Jupiter Latiaris) until the imperial period; however, where they continued to exist, criminals who were in any case doomed to death were selected, and in many places opportunity was further given them for escape.

"What, mighty with fear, my courage has invented for me, if it lives victoriously – let it reveal its meaning to you!"
The gods descend upon Bifröst. Wotan and Fricka approach the bridge: Froh and Freia follow first, then Donner.
