➡️Israeli Prison Service buses are transporting and collecting hundreds of Palestinian prisoners from various prisons to prepare for the first stage of the exchange deal.
➡️Israeli Prison Service has begun preparations to release Palestinian prisoners.
➡️600 prisoners sentenced to over 15 years will be released in the first stage.
➡️290 prisoners serving life sentences, including Ahmed Saadat and Marwan Barghouti, will be released in the first stage.
🔴Ahmed Saadat (right) is the PFLP secretary general, and he is convicted of planning the assassination of israel’s tourism minister Rehavam Ze’evi in 2001.
🟡Marwan Barghouti (left) is the leader of both Palestinian Intifadas and he belongs to the PLO, his release worries the Palestinian Authority leaders more than anyone, as their positions will be endangered due to Marwan’s popularity.
