A young state facing external threats cannot afford the luxury of endless debates and fragmentation. The nation needs unified leadership that arises from its spirit and aspirations. Our nation is united in its essence, but party disputes divide it. The strength of the state lies not in discussions but in actions that reflect the nation’s will through a strong leader. In these times of trial, when enemies encircle us and internal discord weakens our resolve, we must recognise that the parliamentary system, with its ceaseless squabbles, fails to harness the collective strength of our people. True governance must spring from the soul of the nation, guided by a leader who embodies its unity and directs its energies toward a common purpose. Only such leadership can ensure that Lithuania stands firm, reclaiming its rightful place among nations and safeguarding its independence for generations to come."
