Новосибирский физик Олег Кабов отделался условным приговором Советский районный суд Новосибирска назначил 5 лет условно заведующему лабораторией Института теплофизики Сибирского отделения РАН, доктору физико-математических наук Олегу Кабову по делу о крупном мошенничестве (часть 4 статьи 159 УК). Ученому запретили два года заниматься научной деятельностью в области теплофизики, а также взыскали с него более 7,2 млн рублей «ущерба» в пользу Минобрнауки, сообщил его адвокат Геннадий Шишебаров.
