JUST IN - Russia will not tolerate any NATO troops in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov says.

Lavrov added: Napoleon and Hitler are Macron's predecessors. Accusations of Russia preparing a war against Europe are nonsense. Moscow considers Macron's nuclear rhetoric a threat to Russia.

Hunter Biden is claiming he is too broke to continue a legal battle he launched against his nemesis, ex Trump White House staffer Garrett Ziegler, blaming the Palisades Fire that destroyed his home.

The claim, made by Hunter's lawyer in a letter to Ziegler's attorney this week, indicates the former First Son is out of cash, can no longer tap his 'sugar brother' Hollywood attorney Kevin Morris for funds, and is not being bailed out by Democrat donors.

The letter, Daily Mail can exclusively reveal, says Hunter 'lacks the resources to continue this litigation at this time'.

A source close to the case also told Daily Mail that the pardoned felon is planning to quit California and move back to the east coast.

The legal letter claimed hard-up Hunter's financial woe 'have been exacerbated after the fires in the Pacific Palisades in early January upended Plaintiff's life by rendering his rental house unlivable for an extended period of time'.

Hunter's $15,800-per-month Malibu rental was razed by the Palisades Fire that swept through an entire neighborhood on January 7.

A federal judge denied New York City’s request to force President Donald Trump’s administration to immediately return the $80 million federal grant for serving migrants it pulled out of a city bank account last month.

Mayor Eric Adams’ Law Department had asked Judge Jennifer Rearden for a preliminary injunction ordering the federal government to give back the funds as well as a temporary restraining order blocking the Trump administration from taking any more migrant grants out of the city’s account with Citibank.

The arguments in Manhattan federal court Wednesday were narrowly focused on whether immediate action by the judge was warranted — and Rearden found it better to let the federal government hold onto the money while the trial plays out.

“The city has identified no irreparable harm,” Rearden said, reading her ruling from the bench.

Thomas Massie just reintroduced “End the Fed."

Title: Federal Reserve Board Abolition Act, HR 1846.

Americans would be better off if the Federal Reserve did not exist. The Fed devalues our currency by monetizing the debt, causing inflation.

🔥 President Donald Trump could decide this week to take the first steps to eliminate the Department of Education, people familiar with the matter said, as he looks to dramatically shrink the size of the federal government.

White House officials have prepared an executive order directing Education Secretary Linda McMahonto begin the process of dismantling the department, the sources said. Trump could sign the document as early as Thursday, but plans had not yet been finalized.

The draft order directs McMahon to “take all necessary steps to facilitate the closure of the Education Department” while operating to the “the maximum extent appropriate and permitted by law.”

A longtime drug policy reform advocate says he spoke with a White House staffer at an event last week and was invited to submit a proposal outlining why President Donald Trump should back federal marijuana legalization.

“I got a couple minutes with her, just one-on-one, and basically gave her the basics that my organization of law enforcement and citizens would like to see an end to the drug war and make it a medical issue in the macro,” Wooldridge told Marijuana Moment in a phone interview on Tuesday.

“She was very open to any and all suggestions coming to that particular meeting, because it obviously is a friendly environment for someone who’s coming from the Trump White House,” he said. “She was certainly a good listener.”

“Basically what I’m going to bring in the proposal is the political advantages for the Trump administration to end the policy of federal prohibition,” Wooldridge said, stressing the potential appeal of pitching a states’ rights position on the issue of legalization to the Republican president’s team.

Trump has backed that states’ rights perspective in the past, and on the campaign trail he also endorsed a Florida marijuana legalization proposal as well as federal rescheduling and industry banking access.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has reportedly invited nearly 200 employees laid off two weeks ago to return to work.

"We apologize for any disruption that this may have caused," the health agency, whose primary job is fighting and monitoring disease outbreaks, said in an email to workers obtained by the Associated Press.

The emails were sent on Tuesday to 180 of the roughly 1,300 CDC employees who were terminated last month when the Trump administration slashed the agency's workforce by 10 percent.

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey is urging the Department of Justice to investigate whether Joe Biden’s cognitive decline enabled unelected staff to implement radical policies without his knowing approval. Bailey argues that if true, executive orders, pardons, and other actions issued under Biden would be unconstitutional and legally void.

WATCH🤭: Charlie Kirk, in the devil’s den, is asked by Gavin Newsom to give his party 'advice' in one-on-one podcast interview

Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom sat down one-on-one with conservative firebrand Charlie Kirk for a frank discussion about his party's shortcomings in the 2024 presidential election.

In the first episode of his new podcast, "This Is Gavin Newsom," the governor marveled at Kirk's success as the founder of Turning Point USA, which played a pivotal role in President Donald Trump making inroads with young voters.

Newsom cited the op-ed penned by famed Democratic strategist James Carville, who urged Democrats to "roll over and play dead" and allow President Trump and Republicans to "crumble beneath their own weight and make the American people miss us" as part of a "strategic political retreat."

BREAKING💥: U.S. President Donald Trump's administration is planning to revoke temporary legal status for some 240,000 Ukrainians who fled the conflict with Russia, a senior Trump official and three sources familiar with the matter said, potentially putting them on a fast-track to deportation.

The move, expected as soon as April, would be a stunning reversal of the welcome Ukrainians received under President Joe Biden's administration.

The planned rollback of protections for Ukrainians was underway before Trump publicly feuded with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy last week. It is part of a broader Trump administration effort to strip legal status from more than 1.8 million migrants allowed to enter the U.S. under temporary humanitarian parole programs launched under the Biden administration, the sources said.

A federal appeals court Wednesday said President Donald Trump can fire a top government watchdog in the latest round of a legal fight over the authority to dismiss federal officials.

The D.C. Court of Appeals put on hold on a lower court’s ruling that found Hampton Dellinger’s termination at the Office of Special Counsel was “unlawful.” The court said it would expedite its review of that ruling, but in the meantime Dellinger can be removed from his post.

Wednesday, a federal civil service board ruled that the firings of over 5,000 probationary employees at the Agriculture Department may have been unlawful, and the workers should be reinstated for at least the next 45 days.

U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board Chair Cathy Harris issued the order after the Office of Special Counsel alleged that the Agriculture Department had "engaged in prohibited personnel practices" to carry out the mass firings.

The ruling affects only Agriculture Department workers, but numerous government agencies have carried out similar mass firings of probationary employees, meaning Wednesday's action could prove damaging to President Donald Trump’s efforts to slash the federal workforce.

WATCH😬: This is the shocking moment a fighter jet accidentally dropped eight bombs on a civilian area during a joint exercise between the US and South Korean Air Forces on Thursday, injuring eight.

The accidental bombing occurred in Pocheon, a city close to the border with North Korea.

The 500-pound MK-82 bombs 'abnormally' released by the KF-16 fighter jet fell outside a firing range, causing unspecified civilian damages, which included houses and a church, the South Korean air force said in a statement.

'We are sorry for the damage caused by the abnormal drop accident, and we wish the injured a speedy recovery,' they added.

The air force said it will establish a committee to investigate why the accident happened and examine the scale of civilian damages. It said the fighter jet was taking part in the air force´s joint live-firing drills with the army.

A workers’ board is reinstating – at least temporarily – almost 6,000 fired probationary workers from the Department of Agriculture, according to a newly issued order obtained by CNN.

The order, by the Merit Systems Protection Board, undercuts President Donald Trump’s attempts to downsize the federal civil service and is a major indication that the mass layoffs were unlawful and may eventually be reversed by the board.

It also signals the board may reverse the Trump administration’s approach to mass firings across several other agencies in the federal government.
