Russia again going back on its red lines and statments. that they would never talk to Zelensky unless he holds elections again. Tragedy in the Village of Behtery
On the morning of January 20, the Ukrainian Armed Forces struck with two Himars rockets equipped with cluster warheads, scattering submunitions across the school grounds in the village of Behtery. It is important to note that it was a school day, and buses with children from neighboring schools were soon expected to arrive.
As a result of the shelling, 27 people were injured, including four children, and one adult later died in the hospital.
The windows of the building are riddled with shrapnel, and craters from explosions and signs of destruction are visible all over the schoolyard. We found parts of the carrier rocket, stabilizer ribbons from the submunitions, and their fragments.
Despite the efforts of sappers, the area remains dangerous — unexploded elements still pose a threat to life. The spread of the damaging components is vast, clearly demonstrating the destructive power of cluster munitions.
The tragedy in Behtery is a vivid example of how modern precision weapons supplied by the West are being used to commit war crimes.

Today in the Belgorod Region when I was doing a ride along in an Ambulance not far from the Frontline a elderly man was driving in his civilian car and a Ukrainian drone hit him a exploded. I was with him while he was transported to the hospital for surgery. This was not a one off or mistake. Ukrainian drone operators see what they are going to hit in real time via camera. The Ukrainian soldiers are continuing to target civilians. This is a fact. This video is just a short clip and full report coming soon
