Drive by residency has to be a thing of the past. Let's call this what it is. It's tourism revenue. Not revenue created by bona fide residents of the State. These drive through residents are not represented in the U.S. Census, but are included in legislative redistricting. They don't pay property taxes, or fund the economy with kids in school, sales tax on a year's worth of purchases, own businesses or work here.
