34 MISSILES AND 100 ENEMY UAVs SHOT DOWN
On the night of March 7, 2025, the russian occupiers carried out a combined strike with missiles of various types of air, ground and sea-based on critical infrastructure facilities. The main focus of the strike was on the facilities of the gas production industry of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data, the radiotechnical troops of the Air Force detected and escorted 261 enemy air attack vehicles, of which the following were shot down as of 10:00:
- 25/35 Kh-101/Kh-55cm cruise missiles;
- 8/8 Kalibr cruise missiles;
- 0/3 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles;
- 0/4 S-300 anti-aircraft guided missiles;
- 1/8 Kh-59/69 guided aircraft missiles;
- 100/194 strike UAVs and simulator drones.
In addition, up to 10 enemy missiles (not included in the statistics of those shot down) did not reach their targets! 86 enemy simulator drones were lost in location (without negative consequences).
The enemy air attack was repelled by anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare equipment and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Fighter aircraft, in particular F-16 and Mirage-2000 aircraft, were also involved. It is worth noting that French fighters, which arrived in Ukraine only a month ago, took part in repelling an enemy air attack for the first time

This is a picture of Yevhen Chudnetsov, call sign “Chudik,” spent nearly 4 years in russian captivity. The first time he fell into the occupiers’ hands was in 2015 during the battles for Shyrokyne; the second time was in 2022 after leaving Azovstal.
While in captivity, Yevhen was subjected to brutal torture: his teeth were smashed and pulled out with pliers, he was electrocuted on his genitals, and he was forced to give interviews and lie to russian media. During his time in captivity, he lost 45 kg of weight.
Sadly, there are countless similar stories. Today, around 6500 Ukrainian defenders remain in captivity, enduring inhumane torture every single day. We must not forget them. We must fight for each of them as they fought for us!
