His reaction left no doubt: Prevost was their man, the candidate in whom they had placed all their hopes.

This election should prompt us to recall that the real issue is not whether the papal throne is empty, but whether we are still dealing with the Catholic Church at all. For decades, we have confronted what appears to be a non-Catholic institution. As Archbishop Lefebvre told reporters in 1977: “My concern isn’t whether Paul VI is legitimately your father; my concern is whether we are still confronting the Catholic Church.”
By 1990 he was saying, “The official Church in Rome is no longer the visible Church founded by Christ.” In short, the faithful have been reduced to a small, remnant flock.

Looks like the Vatican is deeply worried about completely losing the average American to Sedevacitism more than anyone thought. Do expect a lot of bones thrown to trads while some of the worst people are prompted in the background.
Matthew 10:6 is top priority
“I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.

Our Lord is King. His reign must be established on the earth as in heaven. it is He himself who said so in the prayer that He taught us, the Our Father:
Adveniat regnum tuum, fiat voluntas tua sicut in caelo et in terra.
This must be the object of our prayers, the intentions of our sufferings, and the purpose of our life. We must have no rest until Our Lord's reign is established. A Catholic whose heart is not animated by this profound desire is not a Catholic.

We've gotten too used to calling heretics Christians.

He's a "moderate" now, since Francis destroyed so much. He would have been a heretic in the 50s, and burnt at the stake in the Middle Ages.

NEW BOOK — Maistre's Major Works, Vol. II
https://www.imperiumpress.org/shop/maistre-major-works-vol-ii/
The Pope is Joseph de Maistre’s uncompromising defence of the papal office as the vital keystone of Christian civilization. Written in the wake of the French Revolution, this masterwork asserts that without an infallible and visible sovereign, true religion—and with it, social order—inevitably collapses into anarchy. Far more than an ecclesiastical treatise, The Pope prefigures modern doctrines of sovereignty later articulated by thinkers such as Carl Schmitt, who likewise saw the necessity of a supreme decision-making power above the flux of human will.
Against the fragmented churches of Protestantism and the rising ideologies of nationalism and revolution, de Maistre proclaims the Roman Pontiff as the indispensable centre of unity, without whom both faith and society dissolve. Today, as questions of legitimacy, order, and global authority resurface with new urgency, The Pope is a profound meditation on why no enduring order—political or religious—can stand without an unshakable principle of sovereignty at its heart.
The Imperium Press edition contains three scholarly essays by the founder of Imperium Press, on the relevance of Maistre’s vital work, on its historical background, and on its academic reception up to the present day.

I remember coming across literature from a previous parenting era in which it was advised not to ruin your children with too much affection. The author of the idea was a jew whose name escapes me now but is consistent with the general jewish trend of trying to disrupt familial relationships.
Every act of love you perform for your spouse or children is essentially antisemitic. They want you alone, isolated, addicted to filth, and childless. Everything they tell you that you should do will lead you to this.
Don’t marry but if you marry consider having an open marriage, you don’t need to have kids or limit how many kids you have because of global warming.
Women should work, interracial marriage (which has a higher divorce rate) is great. Divorce is a good way of dealing with temporary problems. There should be no hierarchy in the home etc on and on and on.
It’s all meant to do one thing, destroy families to destroy the race.

-Conspicuously failed to profess the faith in relation to the grave threats to faith and morals in our day—to the point in which this silence is taken as “discretion” and counted in his favor as a candidate
-Indicated the state of his mind through his cooperation with the appointment of notorious liberals and the deposition of conservatives
-Cooperated in the consolidation of Francis’ longest-lasting legacy, namely the appointment of bishops embodying his ideals
-Implicitly denied the dogma of the Church’s visible unity, by casting it in the terms rejected and refuted by Pope Pius XI in Mortalium Animos
-Minimized the importance of doctrine in the role of the bishop, contrary to Sacred Scripture, Apostolic Tradition and the general sense of theology
-Dismissed those who “prefer the security of answers already experienced in the past”
-Promoted the modernist idea of “synodality” in such a way as to destroy the traditional concept of the bishop’s threefold power of teaching, ruling and sanctifying his flock
-Explicitly denied that a bishop is a “prince” in his diocese, contrary to the teaching of the magisterium and the liturgy
-Replaced the traditional understanding of the bishop’s role with that of “service,” presented in naturalistic terms, and which he has already separated from doctrine and governance through his other words
